Just 10 minutes walk away are the beaches of Las Americas with a host of activites for the young and the old. Located just a short walk away you have restaurants which cater for every taste from Chinese to Indian, steak houses and traditional Spanish. When you are finished dining why not try the night life where you can enjoy soul, traditional Irish or a bit of karaoke, you name it. Very Nice

Our 5 week stay in the apartment went very well. Linen and towels changed weekly which is great and when I made a request to Sonia for another chair for the balcony, we got on straight away. I would recommend this apartment

Quiet and Secure

Lovely apartment, a mostly quiet complex with easy access to the pool. The apartment itself was comfortable and well-maintained. The weather was super hot while we were there and it did get a little bit stuffy, but we were able to leave the front door ajar to allow a bit more air-flow and this made it much more comfortable (the entrance to the complex is private and has a full-time front desk so it felt very secure and we didn't have any concerns about leaving the door ajar) Would definitely stay here again in future!

Die ganze Wohnung hat ihre besten Jahre längst hinter sich, ein Großteil der Möbel und Einrichtungsgegenstände müsste ersetzt werden. Ich selbst konnte in den Betten nicht gut schlafen. Der große Nachteil ist, dass es keine Klimaanlage gibt. Der große Nachteil dieses Appartements ist, dass die Schlafzimmer zur Hauptstraße ausgerichtet sind, direkt unter dem Appartement befindet sich eine Whiskybar, die in der Regel bis 1 Uhr nachts geöffnet hat, es wird dort sehr laut gefeiert, neben der Whiskybar befindet sich eine Tabledancebar, hier wird es auch über 1 Uhr hinaus laut. An ruhigen Schlaf ist also nicht zu denken.

With reference to your review we note that the cleaners reported a broken fan and a broken walldrobe door on your departure. That now explains the endless texts of complaints as you were attempting to distract from the damage you caused in the apartment. Taking into consideration we get very little complaints from guests 95% good reviews it is unfortunate that a small number will attempt to manipulate us

Happy holiday

Very pleasant stay, we had to contact the owner to clarify a couple of issues and got a prompt response. Central location, the resort was clean and access was by stairs only. A lift to all floors would have made it more pleasant for myself due to mobility issues, but all in all a lovely stay.

The apartment was just as it was advertised but the bathroom is much nicer than the pictures. Very good location- about a 10 minute stroll to the beach. The pool is lovely and clean €1 for a subbed. There’s a little bar near the pool. The staff on the complex were all very nice. The apartment is slightly tired looking but, for the price, it’s fine. Plenty of cooking utensils, crockery etc. No cockroaches or ants. Comfy mattresses on all the beds. The pullout bed was a bit dilapidated but we didn’t really need it- only for our brother who stayed one night. We had one cold day where we needed the quilts- we couldn’t use them because the cupboard they were kept in absolutely stank of foist- that was the only problem we had. We told the owner straight away and he said he’d tell the cleaners. They didn’t come but the rest of the week was boiling hot; we didn’t need the quilts. There is an Irish karaoke bar attached, which is noisy- we just bought ear plugs and drank lots of sangria so we slept ok. There’s a strip joint next door but we never saw/heard anything from them. Fresh bread- baked daily - in the supermarket below. The apartment is within walking distance for the Siam water park, bars etc. We walked to Costa Adeje and los christianos and the taxi back was only €6. There’s a lovely Lebanese restaurant down the street- English and Scottish breakfast is great there. Avoid jumping jacks- unless you’re a traveller with a baby and a pram. 🙈 We had a good time. If you’re on a budget, it’s fine. No complaints. The owner was away but he was easy to contact. Everything went to plan (key collection/checking out etc).

Just came back today from a week away here apartment was clean and bigger than expected or than looks in the pics..in a great location tho can be a little noisy at night but then you are in playa..would def go back and stay there owner helpful and always answers any questions you have.. pool great wasnt sure about it going all round the hotel but you find a place to sit and my kids mainly had that bit to themselves was great.. supermarkets restaurants and free buses to water park all close by.. was a bit worried after the last review I must admit but I had a great time here and would def go back again ... Oh and wasn't a cockroach in site

WOULD NOT STAY AGAIN

I ASSUMED THAT THE 4 HOUR GAP BETWEEN LEAVING AND ENTERING THE APARTMENT WAS FOR CLEANING PURPOSES BUT WHEN WE ARRIVED THE APARTMENT HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED , AND CLEANER TURNED UP 4 DAYS LATER , IT WAS VERY NOISY ALONG CORRIDORS AND COULD NOT OPEN WINDOWS AT NIGHT BECAUSE OF BEING SO CLOSE TO A MAJOR ROAD AND ALSO HAD SOME ISSUES WITH COCKROACHES, , YUK. AND BEFORE WE HAD LEFT THE CLEANER TURNED UP AT 10.15 AM BUT DIDN'T KNOW WHEN WE WERE TO VACATE THE PREMISES , SO THERE SEEMS TO BE WIRES GETTING CROSSED SOMEWHERE

Great location, bit basic but offered us an affordable holiday very close to all the main attraction

The apartment was basic, but clean, pool was really lovely and very clean, location was awesome. Bit noisy at night from the club nearby but thats the same with anywhere in a busy resort. We found parking easy across the road from the apartment, so around 300 yards away. Shower was really good.
