Centrally located and across the road from Kauai’s premier retail destination – Kukui`ula Village, the most exciting Kauai shopping and dining destination in Poipu.

PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. Our goal by layering on the recommended new steps is to provide our guests assurance and peace of mind that when they stay at any Parrish Kauai property that every effort was made to ensure a high level of cleanliness, sanitation and disinfection.

The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. The host is super responsive. We enjoyed the surrounding plants, they are beautiful and provide much needed shade. The kitchen is functional with essential items such as salt and pepper.

Great location for the price

Enjoyed our stay here without paying twice as much at local hotels. Loved the coffee bar and the house was stocked with kitchen items that were very useful.

A Wonderful Place In Poipu

We spent a week here and loved every minute. The location is good and the condo is roomy and comfortable. It had everything we needed and we would stay again whenever we can get back to Poipu.

Perfect Family Stay

Better then described, especially the kitchen. We had an excellent time with our 5 month and 2,5 years old kids. A babybed would be nice, but you can rent one which is a seamlessly procedure.

Great location

Loved this location, central to everything poipu! The unit has a few changes from the photos, mostly furniture upgrades, nothing crazy! The size was perfect, my daughter and I used the bedroom, my husband on the couch bed and we were all comfortable. The check and instructions were very clear. There is no AC but plenty of fans. We would stay again!

A wonderful place for a vacation!

The apartment itself is incredibly spacious, has a kitchen with many of the cooking items that you could need, and the king-size bed is very comfortable. It was so wonderful to have the balcony to sit on during sunsets. The apartment complex is well-maintained, the pool area is very comfortable, and the complex is within walking distance of lots of great shops. We recommend the shave ice place nearby, we're still craving it one week later. Would happily return.

Aloha William. We understand that setting the proper expectations of the properties is incredibly important to your stay. This is why we are always very thorough when photographing and listing our units. The photos we show are an accurate depiction of the condo, and while it is not new or updated, it is clean and well-maintained. These. island casual units are a great value for those traveling on a budget. We also noticed that during your stay, you only contacted us to get new batteries for the TV remote, and no other issues. We are surprised by your three-star rating, considering everything is exactly as photographed. For your next visit, may we suggest booking a Premier or Premier-plus rated unit, which will be more updated and to your liking.

Nice affordable option

Mostly giving 5 stars because this place was really well depicted on their posting. As other reviews mention it is not the most updated interiors but the posting shows that so not sure why anyone is surprised. Lot of good things about this place- it is pretty big. Didn’t realize the posting shows it’s around 1000sf. For two people we definitely didn’t need or utilize all of the space but it was nice to have and not feel cramped. Also felt very clean, and kitchen was really well. One of my only complaints is with how well stocked the kitchen is that there weren’t any travel mugs/cups to bring coffee on the go or drinks to the beach but minor issue. Communication with the host company was great- they responded quickly and accommodated a late checkout. The beach gear in the room was also great- I think we had 4 beach chairs, a few cooler options, a beach umbrella and towels. My biggest complaint which again I think is shown on the posting is that there’s no AC- I should have looked for this and didn’t so that’s on me. But it was pretty hot and hard to know the best way to cool the unit so fairly uncomfortable temperature inside the entire trip. They did have ceiling fans, blinds, and an additional fan in the closet which helped but really didn’t cool it or help during the day. It’s also really humid so having the windows open often makes it humid inside too. Overall good experience and I would recommend it to anyone who can handle the no AC!

Perfect location

Beautiful and comfortable condo in the best location. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Beach gear available in the unit so you don’t have to rent any. Laundry soap provided for top of the line washer/dryer. Bed and pillows are super comfy. Breezy lanai looking out on trees. Near the beach…you can hear the seals bellowing after sunset. Just perfect.

Great location, plenty of space, beautiful pool. This was a great home base for our second week of our honeymoon. Close to beautiful Poipu Beach and restaurants and shops. Condo had everything we could need for adventure - cooler, beach chairs, umbrella. We had so much room for two people. This condo would easily accommodate four adults or two adults and children.

Aloha! Thank you for hosting us! We’ve been going to Po’ipu for 50 years now and this was our first time staying at Waikomo Stream Suites. The unit is really nice, very spacious and the grounds are beautiful. The short walk to Kukui’ula shops and restaurants is very convenient. Walk to the ocean and drive to Po’ipu Beach. The only negative which we forgot to mention was the washing machine was broken. Overall a great option in sunny, beautiful Po’ipu Kaua’i at a very reasonable price. Finally, your staff are amazing, truly great Hawaiian hospitality. Aloha and a hui hou!

Poipu/koloa vaca

Condo was as described, surrounded by lush trees. The only thing missing was a knife sharpener, as the knives were full, otherwise we really enjoyed our stay.

L'appartement est très bien et très propre. Petit détail : la piscine ferme beaucoup trop tôt. Pour nous elle fermait dès le coucher du soleil donc à 18 h. Le site est beau. Poipu est une destination où il y a beaucoup de touristes. On se sent un peu loin des gens de la place. Je recommande toutefois cet endroit pour ceux qui aiment ce type de localisaiton.
