About this property

A large 3 bedroom house with lots of space and a lovely roof terrace as well as a wonderful swimming pool with stunning views. This part of the Ardeche is quite rugged and peaceful but within easy reach of beautiful villages and towns. There are a host of excellent eateries close by, some are tucked away in little explored valleys. An ideal place as a base for walkers, cyclists and those into lazing by rivers in the summer months. The house is set in a small hillside hamlet.
The nearby( 8km) town of Largentiere has all necessary amenities ,while there must be 5 or 6 good restaurants within a 10km journey , though the markets provide such excellent produce you might prefer to use the well equiped kitchen and eat on the roof terrace during the summer. To the rear of the house you are immediately in the chestnut forest with many trails snaking their way around the hills for walkers, cyclists or even joggers.

Séjour agréable à Prunet

Maison simple et rustique, agréable pour les vacances d’été. La piscine et la terrasse bénéficient d’une vue imprenable sur la vallée.

FORTEMENT DÉCONSEILLÉ

Nous avons loué cette maison entre amis pour nos vacances d’étés. C’est la première fois en de nombreuses années que nous avons à nous plaindre d’un logement. Pour commencer, j’ai eu beaucoup de difficultés à joindre notre hôte qui ne m’a répondu que quelques jours avant notre départ. Une fois arrivée à la maison en question, quelle déception… L’accès au logement se fait en passant sous le porche des voisins qui habite au dessus. Il est donc a notifié que la proximité avec les voisins peut importuner. En ce qui concerne la piscine, à fuir… n’étant pas très entretenue elle a plus été un havre de paix pour les grenouilles que pour nous. La rivière est véritablement préférable sans hésitation !!! Pour finir l’état général du logement est déplorable. Tout est fait avec négligence, que ce soit tant au niveau des équipements, que de la propreté qui reste vraiment à désirer… Oubliez le barbecue et la machine à café. En bref passez votre chemin.

Pas de vacances, retour chez nous !

Très grande maison avec vue sur la vallée mais idéale pour les jours d'été. Une partie du logement est à flanc de colline, les murs moisis donc humide. La cheminée chauffe le grand salon et la grande cuisine qui n'a pas été nettoyée pour notre arrivée. 3 chauffages HS, il n'y a qu'un seul chauffage d'appoint pour les 3 chambres et la grande salle de bain. Le propriétaire étant en Angleterre, n'a pas trouvé de solution sauf nous rembourser une partie si nous decidons de ne pas rester et nous a trouvé un tantinet "pleurnicheurs" mais il faut savoir que la météo annonçait en moyenne 9° le matin et les 22° extérieur l'après-midi n'arrive pas à chauffer l'interieur et très franchement je n'avais pas envie de faire du ménage dès notre arrivée! Nous avions discuté avec lui juste la veille pour lui demander le code du Wi-Fi, mais le réseau nous a t il dit n'était pas raccordé. Il a oublié de nous prévenir que la télé aussi ! Avec ces déconvenues et aucun moyen de relogement, nous sommes repartis. Fin des "courses" pas de vacances et nous avons perdus de l'argent puisque le propriétaire n'a pas voulu nous rembourser entièrement ce qui engendre le non remboursement des frais d'Abritel.

Mooi klus huis

Het is een mooie ruime woning met alle voorzieningen. Alleen was er geen wifi. Alles was nogal slordig afgewerkt en toen het begon te regenen hadden we verschillende lekkages. Op de tweede dag werd het zwembad afgedekt, omdat de eigenaar terug ging naar Engeland. Hij heeft ons niet gedag gezegd, hoewel hij onder het huis verbleef en verder hebben we ook niets meer van hem gehoord.

Rustique et authentique

Maison avec sa terrasse dominant les monts ardechois ,au calme .Nous avons apprécié la piscine avec sa vue dégagée sur la vallée. Maison spacieuse avec vaste cuisine rénovée. Très bon séjour et propriétaire très agréable
