About this property

Bright house near river

We are renting out our freshly built family home. Large new house, spacious and bright, fully equipped, with a magnificent cathedral living room.

House 2 minutes walk from the river, at the foot of the Ardèche hills and greenery, and 5 minutes by car from the very charming village of Les Vans (one of the prettiest markets in the Ardèche!)

The accommodation
Large living room living room/cathedral kitchen. 4 bedrooms (3 x double beds, 1 x single bed + mattress on the floor), 1 of which has a private bathroom. 1 large shared bathroom and toilet only.
House facing East-West, 2 terraces with always at least 1 shaded during the day.
Heating/cooling parquet available.

Fully equipped house: washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine (nespresso capsule), kitchen utensils. Towels not included but household linen can be provided.
Other remarks
House 200m from Le Nassier (beach on the Chassezac river, with rocks for diving and swimming areas, see photos). 5 minutes drive from the charming village of Les Vans (large market on Saturday morning and craftsmen's market on Tuesday evening). 20 minutes walk from the village of Chambonas (local producers operate on Tuesday evenings in summer). Supermarkets and all shops 5 to 10 minutes by car.

Departures possible for walks or bike rides. By taking the car, there are many hikes and villages of character perched high up to discover less than
15-30min. Haven of peace ideally located to spend a refreshing and relaxing stay by the river and walking under the trees!

La maison est très agréable dans un cadre calme et agréable. Très bien équipée, le système de refroidissement par le sol est tres efficace et appréciable avec ces températures caniculaires. L'accès à la rivière est facile et peu fréquentée en fin de journée. Bref, nous avons passé un superbe séjour en famille ! Merci encore pour l'accueil et votre disponibilité.
