A luxury private villa set within its own grounds of 1/3rd acre with a delightful swimming pool. Located in a peaceful mature area, it is a few minutes drive from the villages of Las Fuentas and neighbouring Alcossebre. Offering five blue flag beaches and a variety of shops, bars and restaurants. Las Fuentas also has an extremely scenic port where the night life starts and finishes. Valencia airport about 55 minutes, Barcelona airport about 105 minutes, Reus airport about 80 minutes and Castellon about 25 minutes. For golf enthusiasts Panoramica Country Club (Bernard Langer - 18 Hole - Par 72) or Club Mediterrano (Sergio Garcia's home course) both about 30 minutes away. A car is essential to discover all 5 beaches and inland villages and towns.
