Great instructions for check in, full kitchen and plenty of space for us all. Good WiFi. Generally only 20 mins to Disney (depending on any accidents en route) and 40 mins to universal. Great base for exploring west coast too. Pool is a welcome relief!

Villa was in a fantastic location, very close proximity to all major attractions We were very pleasantly surprised on arrival as I believe the photos in the listing don't do it justice at all, it exceeded our expectations Lovely neighbourhood and surrounding area is quiet, Great for families! Couple of things could do with updating but overall we were very happy with our stay and would definitely bear it in mind for future visits 😊

The home was a wonderful place to spend the holidays. The pool and hot tub were nice. Close to the amusement parks. Only thing to watch for is the tree at the end of the driveway. We almost backed into it.

Great Get Away

This was a great place to stay for our week long family vacation. We had plenty of room for the 10 of us to spread out. The communication all around was prompt and great. We had a hiccup with the heating of the pool but Mike was prompt and got it fixed so we could enjoy the pool on our off days and when we needed to unwind from a full day at the parks. It was a relax full vacation and much needed.

Property definitely needs updated but was clean, nice, and roomy for the price. Several pack and plays, strollers, a fan for every room, towels, etc. There was one major issue that was resolved in a timely manner.

We still enjoy our holidays out there, and hope that should you decide to book our villa, will also enjoy the amazing holiday experience of Florida.

Situated in the prestigious, private community Pinewood estate is set on a very quiet community and also looks out onto Pinewood Lake.

The villa has the added use of the community children’s play area. With an award winning golf course just 2 minutes away this really has got something for everyone.

Just minutes from Disney World, Universal Studios, Seaworld, MGM Studios and a host of other major attractions in the Kissimmee and Orlando area.
