This luxury and cozy 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath, living and garage condo has all you need to rest and enjoy wonderful time after the active day out.

Located in Lakeside village, right on Pineview Lake - just minutes away from 3 ski resorts - Snowbasin (home of the 2002 Winter Olympics Downhill and Super G events), Powder Mountain and Nordic Valley.

This exquisitely decorated condo has rich fabrics, leathers and custom furnishing throughout.
New 55" Smart UHD TV in Living room and Flat screen TV in bedroom - offering satellite TV, blu-ray and DVD players. We have Limited DVD popular favorites library. Living room equipped with the home theater sound effect. There is surround sound system in every room including bathroom and patio.
Listen to Pandora, Internet radio or your own music thru the surround system while soaking in private hot tub and enjoying the wonderful , being in a mountain cabin like, atmosphere!

Very well equipped kitchen with earth friendly high quality cookware will help you to create a master meal or a quick panini sandwich.
Comfortable beds, extra memory tops for the sofa-beds, luxuries plush cotton towels; egyptian/pima cotton soft linens provided for your comfort .

Private over-sized covered patio has a large grill and a naturally treated 5-6 person hot tub.

Bathrooms come with soaps, shampoos, conditioner/lotions. Kitchen has large variety of spices, cooking oils and a welcome tea/coffee baskets. All soaps and most of the cleaning supplies used in the condo are all natural Green solutions!
Portable Humidifiers are available for your use.

Garage equipped with ski and snowboard racks.

Earlier check in and late check out is possible - depending on availability.

Summer fun: an outdoor heated pool and kiddie pool (open from Memorial Day - Labor Day), large community hot tub (open year round), 2 tennis courts and a basketball court.

Nice place to visit

The property was very clean, nicely furnished, and the scenery surrounding it was beautiful. The property owner/manager provided a lot of information in the days/weeks leading up to our stay. The only complaint would be the neighbors, the way the balcony and hot tub are situated the upstairs neighbors can look down into the hot tub from their deck. The same neighbors have a small herd of elephants (child) that wake up at 6am (during the complex quiet hours) and likes to run, jump, and play over the master bedroom and the sound woke us up daily and continued throughout the day. (I realize this is beyond the unit owner’s control, just be aware). - as of Oct. 2020

Baldwin, thank you for your review. We apologize for the discomfort caused by the upstairs renters. Please know that the noise is a violation of HOA regulations. In the future, please contact me as soon as something like this happens and we will deal with the situation promptly. On seeing this review, we went ahead and spoke with the upstairs renters. They assured us that they will be respectful of quiet hours and considerate for the rest of their stay. This situation is unusual for Lakeside, seeing as renters generally arrive seeking relaxation after long outdoor adventures. I'm glad to hear that overall your experience was a pleasant one! Great condo and host

This was my first time using a VRBO and it couldn’t have been better. We used this condo as a place to return to after golf tournament each day in Morgan. The drive wasn’t too far and the scenery was great as it was fall. The condo was described exact, furnishings were great, kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, spices, condiments only missing a 12 pack of beer. Bath was modern and well stocked as well. Hostess was fantastic with text communication, detailed instructions and responsive. There was a small child above the master bed room which would wake a 6 every morning and practice a gymnastics routine but we wasn’t there to sleep in. If you are, I suggest using the lower level beds. I highly recommend this condo and I will return for a stay for nothing more than it was such a great experience.

We enjoyed our stay at this property so much! It is in a beautiful area right by Pineview. The kitchen was fully stocked and the master bedroom and bathroom were beautiful. The Hot Tub was very relaxing in the evening. Polina was great! Highly recommend this place.

This property was phenomenal as was the host!!! This was a very special place with EVERY SMALL DETAIL attended to... from the kitchen to an amazing sound system throughout the house and a beautiful ambiance in the hot tub outside. Wonderful family stay

We stayed at this beautiful condo for a weekend visit at Snowbasin. The property has many more amenities than another stay we had at a different condo at the same location. This made it so much easier to cook. We were so comfortable we did not want to leave. Polina made the reservation process so easy and even allowed for slightly later checkout time. The care she takes for the property and guests of the property really showed. Thank you Polina! We hope to come back again soon!

THis is the nicest vrbo I have ever rented. The place was stocked with every possible thing you could need! Spices and seasonings for cooking, pots and pans, oils for cooking, coffee makers as in traditional and kureg with coffees and filters to go with it. Creams, sugar and sweeteners, hot tea, honey you name it this place had it. Soft towels, shampoos, soaps, nice bedding, I can't say enough about this place. Laundry room with detergent even. The back deck was so nice with a grill and everything to go with it. Hot tub was available although we didn't use it. The owner was so gracious allowing early check in and very prompt response. Very close to ski resorts as well. I never write reviews but this place was amazing. I stayed at another unit in this community in February and this place put that one to shame. Don't stay any place else, this wonderful place has it all so that you can focus on your vacation not what you need to bring.

A wonderful first class stay.

Our stay was first class and everything provided was excellent! Polina is and excellent host and we hope to be back every year ! We went to Snowbasin everyday and the location of the condo is perfect. Our daughters stayed with us for a couple of days and loved it also. We made use of all of the provided amenities like the BBQ grill , hot tub and fully stocked kitchen. Thank you Polina for a wonderful stay!!

We thoroughly enjoyed the property and everything it had to offer. Polina was an exceptional host and made sure our experience met all our expectations. Our stay was in the winter months so we really took advantage of the hot tub and Jacuzzi. The surrounding area has many beautiful views of the mountains and lakes. The property is also a short distance from many ski resorts. Top notch!

Perfect place to stay

We absolutely loved this condo, it was perfect, we were very impressed. It is very spacious and the covered patio is huge with a hot tub. The area is gorgeous and I would recommend the gondola ride to the needles restaurant at snow basin. We will definitely be back.

Better than home!

This place is the best. It is so well stocked and can be a 1 bedroom or more. The master bedroom mattress is unbelievable. I looked for the brand so I could buy one for my home. The bathroom was great, the kitchen was great. The location is really nice for skiing snowbasin (which is also unbelievable). We used the hot tub. Polina was exceptional! Thanks
