Private and perfectly located, this 2 bed townhouse with communal pool will suit couples, families and golfers.

About the property......
This lovely townhouse is on a pretty tree lined street with the communal pool literally a few steps away. Free from the chaos of a large complex you will be able to lounge around the pool and relax.

We have multiple outdoor areas for your use. To the front there's a 2 tiered terrace, equipped with a table and chairs and a retractable awning. There's also a large courtyard to the rear with a pizza oven and dining table.... plus a roof top solarium (accessed internally). You can chase the sun all day long if you wish. Alternatively, there's the communal pool which is just a few steps away using either the front or rear access from the property.

2 air conditioned bedrooms; Bedroom 1 has a super king and bedroom 2 has 2 twin singles. Fully equipped kitchen, downstairs toilet, lounge with Smart TV, fireplace and air conditioning unit.

About the location:
It's an 8 minute easy walk to the nearest bar and just 12 minutes walk to the famous Villamartin Plaza where you have numerous restaurants, bars, night clubs and live entertainment. There's are also markets held in the plaza.

You have 4 world class golf courses within a few minutes walk or drive: Villamartin, Campoamor, Las Ramblas and Las Colinas.

The beautiful blue flag beaches of the Orihuela Coast, such as La Zenia and Campoamor, are just a few minutes away. La Zenia being 6 minutes by car, 10 minutes by bus or a 45 minute walk.

There's also the wonderful La Zenia boulevard, the large shopping mall which is a short 5 minute drive or 40 minutes by foot. The boulevard is a modern vibrant shopping centre with high end shops, children's play zone, a huge supermarket, tenpin bowling, a casino and some very good eateries.

Villamartin has everything you'll need such as bars, restaurants, pharmacies etc; The Plaza has an array of quality restaurants and bars, with weekly evening entertainment on Wednesdays and Thursdays. There is a permanent taxi rank at the Villamartin Plaza.

Great Villa

We stayed for 2 weeks. The villa was lovely and located in a peaceful, residential area. All the locals were very friendly. The pool was close by and well maintained. Would definitely stay again. I would recommend hiring a car though to get around and visit surrounding areas such as the beach, supermarkets, La Zenia Boulevard.

Vacaciones 2023

Disfrutamos mucho nuestros dias en Orihuela, la casa es tal cual se muestra en las fotos, la piscina está a pocos pasos y tiene buen horario para disfrutar de un chapuzón antes o después de la playa. La zona esmuy tranquila, como algo a tomar en cuenta es que no hay un super por ahí, se necesita coche para desplazarte a comprar cualquier cosa o para ir a la playa. Puedes visitar una cala/playa diferente todos los dias, todas son muy bonitas y de agua cristalina.

Lovely Area, very Quiet.

Had to use a lot of Taxi's when we were there, a very Residential Area with no Amenities within it, Villamartin Plaza is about 45 Minutes walk away and that's it for the local Area.
