The house is beautiful and the host was wonderful! All WAY exceeded my expectations!I would definitely rent it again if I return to Santa Fe in the future. The nice fenced area for our dog was an extra bonus. The house is beautifully decorated and the area is private and quiet. The sunsets from the porch were awesome!
The home was spacious and clean. Rules for the home were missing clearer instructions but The host was responsive so we were able to get some answers fairly quickly. Overall we enjoyed our stay and could see ourselves coming back!

All concerns were in the guest book and online. Inquiries were regarding late check-out, which was granted, desire not to put trash can across the road due to an early departure, also fine, and number of bathrooms. Really no reason not to get a 5-star rating.
As advertised! The only issue was a deadbolt that was old and tight. You had to pull the door first to unlock with key, and we had to call to figure it out, but the host was responsibe and helpful.
Location is fantastic, it’s quiet. Close enough to downtown but away from the traffic. House was spotless. Kitchen was fully equipped with thoughtful amenities. Host communicated everything very well. We especially enjoyed sitting in the backyard bird-watching. Definitely will return.
Our family enjoyed our stay and cooked meals and took many walks on the nearby paths. It’s a short drive into Santa Fe to experience all it has to offer. Then at night you can come back here and enjoy an amazing star filled sky & the sounds of coyotes howling in the distance.
Spent a few days here while on Spring Break with my wife and 3 older teenage kids. We had enough room for everyone to be comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could possibly want for cooking which was nice. Plenty of room for all of us to stretch out together in the evenings. The location was the highlight for us. So quiet. We loved it! And the views of the night sky were awesome. House was beautiful, bathrooms were spacious and very high end feeling. Close enough to Santa Fe that it was just a short drive to town for food or other conveniences. Had a great time in the area and a wonderful home base to enjoy Santa Fe.
We had a great time staying at this lovely home. It is well-appointed and comfortable. We made use of the spacious yoga studio and were very happy with the equipment provided. Highly recommended!
Exceptional property in an excellent location. Everything one could ask for from a Santa Fe retreat, beautifully secluded, yet close to town. Will definitely stay again.
Thanks Debbie and Charlie!
Thinking of retiring to the Santa Fe area. This home was perfect for us to checkout the Eldorado area. It is a lovely home with beautiful views. Really enjoyed watching the amazing sunsets.
What a wonderful place for a quiet stay. We greatly enjoyed the home. Nice cozy 3 bedrooms with a fully equipped kitchen. There was no noise - it was like being completely surrounded with silence and stars at night. We watched shooting stars and enjoyed our time in Santa Fe.
Loved the location and the neighborhood. Great eating places nearby. Short drive to town. Comfortable home with one exception. If you have pets with longer hair, be aware of the stick tights in the pet area out back.
We stayed at Debbie’s and Charlie’s for a month with our family while relocating to the area. Debbie accommodated an early check in and their onsite manager Cisi was kind and easy to communicate any needs to. Yoga room was a fun play room for our son. Kitchen is stocked well for in home cooking which we appreciated for our longer stay. A well loved home in Eldorado that offers a peaceful stay.
Easy access to Santa Fe and the amenities in Eldorado are great too for staying close.
We stayed for 2 weeks and the house was perfect for us. Loved the views from the back portal, the real central AC (it was August and it got warm for a few days), and the newly renovated kitchen. It was close to town (20 minutes to Trader Joe's or 23 to the Whole Foods as a reference point) but gave us beautiful views and peace and quit. We would definitely stay again!
Nice home with easy access to Santa Fe plaza. Home was as described and owners were quick to respond. Fully stocked kitchen was great for preparing meals. Our dogs enjoyed the fenced back yard. Only issue was the yard was all sand so dogs brought sand inside even after being wiped down. It would have been nice to have access to a small vacuum to keep up with the dust and sand.
We were searching for a place to escape our wash rinse repeat lives for a few days and to enjoy a concert we waited a whole year for.
This place provided us the escape, the peace, and serenity we needed! It’s hard to leave knowing we have to go back to our normal lives!
If you get a chance to stay here take a moment and listen to the silence outside and really take in the beauty of the area! If you're looking for a quiet place in nature with the comforts of home, this is the place for you!!
Everything was great, but didnt get a response from text messages left for the host. The smoke alarm went off at 530 in the morning, the continued chirping all night. Finally had to find a ladder to dismantle the barreries. Couldnt figure how to run the dishwaher. Would be nice to have some instructions. Couldnt figure out how to set the alarm when leaving. Again, would have been nice to have written instructions. Maybr just operator error.
