One bedroom apartment in a quiet location, on the first floor of a 5 story apartment block with lifts or stairs to all floors. But only 5 minutes from the beautiful beaches and the bars/restaurants of Praia Da Rocha. Overlooking one of the four swimming pools within the complex of Castelos Da Rocha, this apartment gives you the best of both worlds. If you require a base for exploring or peaceful retreat, this apartment offers you both. The complex is only 45 minutes from Faro airport. Alvor and it's peaceful harbour or their lively backs streets are only 6km away. Portimao, the main town, is only 2km away. Recently, Portimao has finished the new race track and has been given the green light for motorbike racing. They also have the approval for track days for formula one cars. It will only be a short time now before they are given the green light for the Portuguese Formula One Grand Prix. Away from the noise of the race track, Praia Da Rocha is surrounded by first class golf courses.

Wonderfull stay

Great holiday place

Great location, one swimming pool for little kids and the second one is a big pool, walking distance to the lovely beach, flat looks exactly like on online listing. Joana is a friendly person, great communication with owner. I will definitely recommend to friends and family. Thank you.

Spacious 1-bdrm apartment with small balcony and underground garage parking. Walking distance from the beach, restaurants and shopping. Plenty of amenities… and then more. Bathroom/shower could benefit from a refresh, though.

Boa estadia

Apartamento espaçoso e limpo, a 2 quarteirões da praia, mas sossegado. Com wireless e Netflix e tudo o que é necessário para a estadia. Apenas sentimos falta do ar condicionado, mas tinha ventoinhas, de resto tudo bom.

Agradable

La estancia en el apartamento fue muy buena, la ubicación es fantástica, a tan solo 5 min a pie de la playa. El apartamento es amplio y luminoso, no tiene aire acondicionado, pero tiene ventiladores que ni siquiera nos hizo falta enchufar. El anfitrión siempre responde a todo lo que necesites, muy amable. El apartamento está completamente equipado, TV, microondas, lavadora, exprimidor, tostadora... En definitiva, todo lo que sueles tener en casa. El Wi-Fi nunca funcionó, pero tampoco importo mucho porque teníamos datos móviles. Lo único que pondría pega fue que la chica que tenía que limpiar nos levantó arrebatados a las 10am, cuando teníamos hasta las 12 para salir. Lo tuvimos que recoger todo en poco tiempo porque nos esperaba en la puerta, menos mal que a los 10min se dio cuenta que había sido un error y nos dejó recoger con mayor tranquilidad. Me hubiera gustado que nos hubiera dejado intimidad a la hora de recoger, pues estaba en la puerta y estábamos aún sin vestir. Por todo lo demás, lo recomiendo muchísimo, estancia muy buena.
