We rent a charming holiday home with registration number VV-A-38-4-0001580, in El Médano, located in a building with only 6 neighbors. It is rented furnished, designed for a couple with a child, with a double bedroom, with optional cot and a sofa bed in the living room, equipped kitchen, balcony and bathroom, it is very spacious and bright, central but at the same time quiet, enjoy all services, pharmacy, supermarket, hardware store, hairdressers, with bus stop and taxis a few meters. The payment of rent in advance and a deposit is requested. Pets are not allowed and smoking is not allowed. It is located 50 m from one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, popular for water sports such as windsurfing, sailing, diving, kayaking and long walks on various natural sites such as Red Mountain, natural habitat for many species birds, can also be performed gastronomic routes.

The apartment is spacious and well presented. It's in a good location near the main square. The bed is large and comfortable and the bathroom is a good size compared to most. The kitchen has everything including a very large fridge-freezer, microwave and induction hob. The lounge has a large sofa and a huge TV - very comfy at night when binge watching programs via VPN.

Great Stay in a 1st class location

I was very happy in this apartment. It was 1st class, very comfortable, clean and had everything I needed for my 7 night stay. It is very well located to restaurants, cafes, shops, bars and bus stop...and a great base to explore surrounding areas of Tenerife. Strandnahe Wohnung in El Medano

Wir fanden die Wohnung gemütlich und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung entspricht dem Internetauftritt. Sie ist gut gelegen und hat einen kleinen Balkon, von dem man das bunte Treiben auf der Straße gut beobachten kann. Es war alles notwendige vorhanden und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Für deutsche und englische Leser finden sich auch ein paar Bücher. Für Menschen, die auch gerne mal Fernsehn gucken, gibt es Netflix. Direkt gegenüber befindet sich ein kleiner Supermarkt für den täglichen Bedarf. Der Stadtstrand von El Medano ist gerade mal 150m entfernt. Im Umkreis von ca. 300m findet man verschiedenste Einkaufsläden, Restaurants und Bars, so daß Nachtschwärmer auf ihre vollen Kosten kommen. Weiterhin befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe ein Taxistand. Eine Fahrt zwischen Flughafen Teneriffa Süd und El Medano kostete uns 17 €. Also durchaus erschwinglich. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin Irene war gänzlich unkompliziert. Per WhatsApp war sie jeder Zeit für uns erreichbar und bot für den Bedarf ihre Unterstützung an. Für uns war es ein entspannter Urlaub und wir empfehlen diese Wohnung gerne weiter. Wenn es uns das nächste mal nach El Medano verschlägt, mieten wir diese Wohnung gerne wieder.

Het appartement was tip top in orde, al het nodige was aanwezig. De ontvangst was heel vriendelijk en ook de ligging vinden wij perfect nl dicht bij het strand en toch in een rustige straat zeker voor herhaling vatbaar

Wundervolle Wohnung im Zentrum von El Medano

Nur wenige Meter vom Strand entfernt befindet sich diese tolle Wohnung. Eine gute Ausgestattete Küche lädt zum Kochen ein. Gegenüber befinet sich ein Supermarkt , Restaurants sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Der Strand befindet sich ca. 150 mtr. entfernt. Gerne komme ich wieder. Irene und Ihr Mann sind tolle Gastgeber und sehr bemüht zu unterstützen

Appartement très confortable et très bien placé

Bel appartement bien équipé à 3 mn de la plage avec de nombreux commerces aux alentours. Très calme. Une terrasse sur le toit bien pratique pour faire sécher ses affaires. Merci à Irene et son mari pour le super accueil et les conseils.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung von Irene sehr wohl gefühlt und die Kommunikation mit Irene war total unkompliziert und sie war sehr hilfsbereit. Danke Irene! Zum Frühstück hatten wir etwas Sonne auf dem Balkon und ansonsten haben wir den Ausblick auf die Berge genossen. Die Wohnung ist super zentral aber die Straße trotzdem wenig befahren. Strand, Supermärkte, Restaurants und Shops sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ebenso Parkplätze sind in der Nähe. Nur am Wochenende mussten wir etwas länger einen Parkplatz suchen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben oft gekocht und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sonne und Wind

Die Wochen in El Medano waren perfekt. Die Wohnung liegt super zentral und auch nur 150m vom Strand entfernt. Die Vermietung war unkompliziert, die vermietende Familie unheimlich symphatisch. Alles war genau wie beschrieben, gerne wäre ich noch länger geblieben! Die Internetverbindung ist super schnell, Netflix inklusive. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht.

Wie zuhause

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und konnten diese sehr saubere, gemütlich eingerichtete Wohnung übenehmen. Es ist alles vorhanden, viel Abstellfläche Haken und Ständer zum Trocknen und alles was man so braucht zum Kochen, wichtigste Gewürze und Induktionskochherd. Schnelles Internet. Kommen gerne wieder.

Another great holiday in great apartment!

Just back from another stay in Irene's really nice apartment. Once again I found it to be very comfortable and well equipped (everything you needed in the kitchen for drinks/meal preparation) with the added bonus that now there is wi-fi (nice fast reliable connection). Everywhere was spotlessly clean when I arrived with plenty of spare bed linen and towels for me to use. All the rooms were nice and spacious (bigger than I remembered) with comfortable lounger ideally placed in front of the TV (although didn't use it this time as being an old style one it didn't have any HDMI connections for my media - so used tablet for catch-up TV instead - still a very comfy place to sit in the evenings). Bed was very comfortable, bathroom nice and clean with plenty of hot water for the shower. Apartment is literally 3 minutes walk from beach with small supermarket directly opposite and larger (very good) HiperDino about 10 minutes walk away, also about 10 minutes in other direction to bus stop by little harbour. Superb drying area (always windy in El Medano!) on the roof of the building (also washing machine up there which I didn't bother with). All in all another comfortable happy holiday swimming/sunning in my favourite resort in Tenerife. Thanks, Irene for the use of the apartment and best wishes for Christmas to you and your family.

Nice apartment in good location

We stayed in this apartment during the Easter holidays, and we really enjoyed it. It is located just 100 meters or so from the El Medano beach, behind the market square, so everything you is within short walking distance: beach, shops, market, bars, restaurants and so on. The apartment itself is at the 2nd floor and has a lift: it's furnished in a basic way as you would expect but very clean, spacious for two people and well equipped, with more or less everything you may need. There is a small balcony at the front (no sea view though) but we didn't use it much as it is exposed to the opposite building and we like having a bit more privacy. There is also a window in the bedroom at the back. The apartment does not receive a lot of direct sunlight from either direction, so it remains cool even when the temperature outside raises: this means sleeping is quite comfortable and the place doesn't get hot. There are remote-controlled ceiling fans, but I personally don't think I would ever use them, even in the Summer. The washing machine and the terrace area upstairs for hanging clothes for drying is also a handy thing: the wind will dry everything very quickly. A few things that can be improved: the bidet tap provides only cold water; the lighting is not very bright; there is a nice oven but some people may like to have a microwave as well. A perfect place if you come without a car, but if you have a car, on some busy days you may struggle to find parking nearby: on a couple of days during the Easter weekend the town was very busy and I had to park some 10 minutes walk away. Fortunately it lasted just a couple of days and everything went reasonably quiet again after that. Overall a place I would book again and would recommend. Thanks to the owner Irene for hosting us, very kind of you buying a new kettle for us!

Très bon séjour à Ténérife,

très confortable appartement, très bien situé dans une ville agréable avec une des plus belle plage de Ténérife ( 100 m de la plage).Très propre , bien équipé , avec commerce à proximité : boulangerie , petits supermarché , traiteurs. A seulement quelques km de l'aéroport mais nous n'avons pas été génés par les avions. De plus Irene est très sympatique , agréable et très serviable. Tout est fait pour passer un séjour plaisant.

Apartment is close to everything...Supermarkets restaurants and beach. Bus and Taxi stop also very close and you can take bus anywhere. Apartment is very clean and has everything you need. Very comfortable bed and pillows as well. Washing machine perfect and clothes dry really fast up in the roof. Apartment building is extremely quiet as well. We had perfect stay here. Wind and Kitesurfing and also few days with SUP. We carried our boards and other stuff back to apartment every day. Owner is very helpful with everything. We will rent this place again!
