The villa has the benefit of a large lawned garden, perfect for the children to play. Upstairs the sun terrace spans the whole width of the villa, ideal for soaking up the sun or enjoying a cocktail before dinner! Close by are the popular resorts of Dimante and Belvedere, with numerous restaurants, gift shops and ice-cream parlours. As well as the beautiful paved promenades, ideal for an evening stroll. Really beautiful villa in an amazing location

Nice location with services to be imrpoved

The house is nice, with big common spaces and the swimming pool as well is really nice. The room with double beds is not comfortable because it’s a 2-level bed with quite bad mattresses. On top TV is not working at all and this created a problem with some of the guests. The host didn’t compensate this problem with anything and was not available tu support.

An unforgettably trip

We was 8 people 4 kits and 4 Adult’s. There is enough place for all of us. We had 2 different bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. One of the bedroom have a loft bed. Perfect for the kits. If you need a buggy for a young kid, is no problem because they have one in the house. The House is a little bit outside but near to the beach or other public places with many restaurants or other activities. But it will be better if you have a car, because the house ist standing up 3 minutes to the gravel beach with wonderful clear water. The pool is clean and really nice. We like to come there again. Thank you very much for the wonderful trip.

Wir waren als Familie mit 6 Erwachsenen und 1 Kind zwei Wochen in der Villa und haben uns mehr als wohl gefühlt! Die Erwartungen wurden übertroffen und es hat uns sehr, sehr gut gefallen. Die Villa hat eine ideale Lage, nicht weit vom Meer entfernt aber inmitten von zauberhaften Obst- und Gemüsebergen! Die Ausstattung war perfekt und das Haus ist in einem sehr sauberen und gepflegten Zustand. Zum Pool sind es nur wenige Meter zu Fuß. Die ganze Absprache mit der Besitzerin hat im Voraus perfekt funktioniert und es gibt wirklich überhaupt nichts, über das wir uns beschweren können. Wir würden die Villa auf alle Fälle wieder buchen! Ohne Auto geht allerdings nichts, zu Fuß zum Meer zu laufen ist zu weit und auch zum Supermarkt / Bäcker geht es nur mit dem Auto. Das war aber kein Problem. Vielen Dank Tina für einen perfekten Urlaubsort!

Beautiful spacious villa with all mod cons

We had a very relaxing stay with many local restaurants serving local dishes, totally unspoilt by tourism. many quaint towns and beaches within easy driving distance. there is a beautiful communal pool just 50 metres from the villa if you don't fancy the beach, A very traditional unspoilt area, would definitely go there again. The villa had plenty of room inside and out. The pool area was really nice, very clean and a good size. The train station is less than 10 minutes away and we visited lots of little towns along the coast. Prebook tickets for train travel, it's so much cheaper. We found the restaurants good value and the supermarkets a lot cheaper than home. We would love to go back to explore.

I couldn't have wished for more, the villa is both immaculate and also fully equip with everything we needed, along with the most spectacular balcony views and also a very peaceful and tranquil communal pool. We had a brilliant 2 weeks in Calabria and I would fully recommend the villa. 10/10.

We bought the villa brand new from a local builder, who took great pride in the finishing touches like the hand painted floor tiles and the large terrace with stunning sea views. Did you know Calabria was voted No:37 of The New York Times 52 Places to visit in 2017

Lets be honest, who doesn't love Italy? The food, the wine, the coastline, the weather ..... Here you will not be disappointed. This area is Italy at its very best.
Located in the South, this is a very popular area for many Italians to take their own holidays. The Villa is very well situated being a short drive from miles and miles of picturesque coastline and so many places to eat serving local speciality dishes like Sword Fish, Pizza's and Pasta, all washed down with the local Vino! Delicious!
