Relax and Chill out in a fabulous home from home with private garden & pool

LOVELY FAMILY VILLA The villa is one of four situated in a garden area overlooking the sea. The environment is very tranquil, a perfect place to relax and unwind.

The villa is a home from home with Satellite TV, CD, DVD players as well as WiFi and Apple TV for those like us who love watching Netflix! There is a washing machine and tumble dryer as well as a dishwasher and microwave to make your stay as hassle free as possible. There are individual Heating/Air conditioning units in every room.

Miraflores is a well established complex which offers a variety of restaurants and bars. The beach is 10 mins walk downhill and there are supermarkets dotted throughout Miraflores all within easy walking or driving distance.

The terrace has a dining table, a chilled sofa area and sun loungers for the private garden. The villa has been finished to a very high standard with excellent fixtures and fittings. We also have an English agent looking after the villa so if you require any help while you are on holiday you have a local contact.

Amazing villa for a family holiday, great amenities, had everything you needed, from beach towels to bbq set, they have thought of it all. Stunning outdoor area and gardens, fabulous swimming pool, the warmest one I have ever swam in. Villa was spotless and I will certainly book again in the future, a lovely family holiday spent , we are all chilled and relaxed after spending 14 glorious days there

Gorgeous home with amazing garden

We had a fabulous stay at Cath’s lovely home. It has absolutely everything you could dream of for a family holiday. The kitchen was so well equipped and the garden was a joy for our children to explore. Communication with Cath was perfect and we were welcomed warmly by her local agents. We love the location - quiet but so well connected. Highly recommended!

Just Perfect

I'm tempted to write a bad review just so that we can keep this perfect home all for ourselves! Its location is quiet and just what we needed. The home is spacious and beautifully decorated. The master bedroom is great, with its own en-suite. Each room has air conditioning too. It has a private terrace and garden and just a few steps to the lovely pool. And we had it all to ourselves for the full week, so was like having our own villa. We will be back!!

This is a beautiful villa inside and out more than worthy of the 5 stars I’ve given it. We travel a lot and have been going to Miraflores for 22 years in various rentals. Our family has grown and so we needed a larger rental I have never come across one so clean, well equipped and in a beautiful location. There was even a little welcome gift when we arrived. Communication was brilliant. I could go on but I won’t lol. Thank you

Catherine couldnt have been more helpful throughout the whole booking process and gave us great recommendations for local amenities. The house is a really good size , spotlessly clean and has literally every single thing you could dream of needing. Really comfy beds and really good and much needed aircon. Really lovely garden with bbq and pool area. Pool area Shared with only four houses in a gated residence. One of which was unoccupied. The only tiny issue we had was the other rental house had a million guests /non residents every day over to use the pool throughout the stay and commandeered the pool for most of the time. Just one of those things and totally of course beyond the control of our hosts. We were just a little unlucky with timing!! And it certainly would not stop us returning! We however had a wonderful time any way!!

Home from home

What a great villa. Not a complaint to be had. This was our first family holiday in years due to covid and first non all inclusive style holiday since having children. We fancied trying something different this year and what a great choice we made. The villa has everything you could want and more. You can really tell it is a home from home for the owners rather than just a business with all the added extras dotted around the place. Great neighbours in the adjacent villas, the pool got a little busy at times but it was peak season and really was only a couple of hours a day in the first few days of our stay. One note for family’s (this is nothing to do with reviewing the actually property more reviewing Miraflores itself) Take a buggy, we have three children under 8 and with the hills around the resort it was a godsend to have our double buggy rather than battling the little legs walking everywhere. At times the pavement, or lack of one made it difficult to manoeuvre but on the whole it made the walk up from the beach doable in 15 mins rather than needing a taxi every time we ventured out. I wouldn’t hesitate in returning for another relaxing reset that’s far enough from everything but as close to it all the same. Thank you for having us, hopefully we will be back in the future.

We rented cathrine’s house for a week, it was great and everything worked super good.

The house’s location was great, right by pool, close to restaurants, grocery store, beaches, golf and tennis. The house was also clean, well equipped and with a great patio. We can really recommend Cathrine’s house!

Hi, I'm Catherine the one you'll need to call or e-mail if you are interested in renting out the Villa! The Villa is actually owned by my parents, but I help out with the bookings and any queries.

In the summer of 1999 my parents spent a week on Miraflores and loved it so much they bought the Villa the same year. If you decide to give it a go and book you wont be disappointed, its a lovely relaxing spot within easy walking distance of supermarkets, bars and restaurants on the Miraflores Complex.

La Cala and Cabopino are my favourite local beaches, there's lots of room and the beach bars serve good food and deliver drinks at your request! If you're feeling fit a walk or run along the boardwalk in the morning is glorious, its around a 8km round trip from the Villa to La Cala.

If you have any queries just email or call me and I'd be happy to chat through things. We would be able to offer a discount for any long term stays in off peak season.

Why they chose this property

Miraflores is so relaxing, in beautiful lush gardens lying by the pool or just relaxing on the outdoor sofas is the perfect way to unwind.

We chose Miraflores for its easy access, we wanted to get from the UK to the Villa in the quickest possible time! Miraflores is only 30 mins from Malaga airport, It's also a perfect spot for enjoying Marbella which is a a 20 minute drive and takes you in to the attractive old town on one side and the beach and promenade on the other. If you enjoy seeing how the other half live then Puerto Banus a 30 minute drive. Here you can see the fabulous super cars and super yachts! Its a good place to people watch and pose!

Locally there are lots of bars and restaurants so you don't have to get in the car. The pool behind ours serves food daily if you fancy a quick bite to eat. A 10 minute walk down hill to the beach and you'll reach Antonio's restaurant with a relaxed beach setting. Perfect for a jug of Sangria, watching the sun go down and keeping an eye on the little ones who love to play on the beach!

What makes this property unique

The property has undergone refurbishment in recent years with a fabulous new kitchen with all new integrated appliances a new utility room, with washing machine, tumble dryer and lots of storage for Lilos and games. We leave tennis rackets and beach towels for our guests so you have more room in your luggage for other goodies! There are hairdryers in both bathrooms and makeup mirrors for the girls. There is a BBQ at the Villa should you wish to use it and a large terrace for entertaining. The is also plenty of parking, a secure garden area and gated entrance.

We have a local agent who will be to give you help and advise regarding the Villa, pools, restaurants and beaches etc. She is also on hand if you get in to any personal difficulties or if you loose your keys!
The Villa is a home from home, we love it and I hope you will too.
