Spacious ground floor 5* star luxury apartment in a prime location. UK Television BBC, ITV, C4, C5 and FREE Wi Fi. With double bedroom and large living area with separate bathroom. Spacious fully fitted kitchen decorated to the highest standard throughout. Tea and Coffee making facilities on arrival. Air conditioning in the bedroom and living area.Travel cot with bedding & Mosquito net & high chair are all available for hire. The apartment has a Large Private Sun Terrace with Two loungers, Covered patio area with table and chairs for dining alfresco. There is Access from the Living area and bedroom. The Royal Seacrest apartment overlook communal Mediterranean gardens and two large lagoon pools with waterfalls and rock features, a shallow childrens pool Free use of sunbeds, umbrellas around the pool. The whole pool area is enclosed by a safety fence, a lifeguard is on duty and is closed between November and March The apartment is a gated complex for your privacy. A car is not needed as it is within easy walk of bars,restaurants, supermarkets,UNESCO heritage site, the harbourside and the Blue flag Faros Beach.
TOMBS OF THE KINGS AREA: The Tombs of the Kings area is located between the vibrant seafront tourist area of Kato Pafos with its famous Harbour and (Pano Pafos) Old Town, with its traditional market and modern shopping. Both the Old Town and Kato Paphos are within easy walking distance of the apartment. The magnificient harbour which is lined with numerous restaurants (with the days catch) is a 15-20 minute walk away along the new coastal path. Whilst there you can visit the Venetian Fort and nearby Mosaics or take a boat trip. Our apartment is within easy walking distance to the many tavernas, bars, restaurants, entertainment, shops, banks and internet cafe. There are Five top class international restaurants a 1st class Irish bar and a wonderful family 'Live Sports' pub within a 5-10 minute walk.
ACTIVITIES: BEACHES: The Blue Flag Faros Beach is opposite the complex just 800 yards away. There is a bus stop just outside the complex for those wishing to take a short bus ride to visit Coral Bay. Where there are a variety of watersports. SPA/DIVE: 5* ESPA spa and 5* PADI dive school in the Elysium Hotel is just 800m away and is open to the public. GOLF: There are 3 superb courses within a 30 minute drive, all offering golf clubs for hire. Tsada Golf Club, is on the picturesque grounds of the 12th century monastery. We can provide further details of golf in the area on request. HORSERIDING: Cyprus beaches and gentle hills provide the ideal terrain for horse riding. Horse lovers will appreciate a beautiful ride along the paths that wind their way gently through cypress groves. AMUSEMENT WATER PARK A short bus journey away, is Aphrodite Waterpark a wonderful place to cool you down and have fun.
PAPHOS AREA: The Paphos District surrounds the coastal town of Pafos, once a ancient capital of Cyprus and today amongst the island's most popular tourist resorts. Its age old history and archaeological treasures have merited the towns naming as a world heritage site by UNESCO.
Historical sites are the mythical birthplace of Aphrodite. The Villa of Theseus and the house of Dionysus, where you will find beautiful floor mosaics depicting life in ancient times as well as images of the Greek Gods.

This is our second time staying at this apartment, great apartment, the pool area is clean and well looked after, it’s a great location near lots of restaurant and bars, will be back.
Excellent, good weather,loved the sunny terrace and access to two swimming pools.Walkable distance to restaurants and supermarkets. Buses to the harbour and coast only €1.50.Would stay again.
Apartment was lovely and on the ground level with easy access to pool. Everything you need for a SC holiday, location perfect. Quick walk down the track and you are near shops, bars, restaurants. Couldn’t fault it. Cyprus is wonderful
Lovely apartment to stay in, clean and well maintained. The complex is situated set back from the main Tomb of the Kings Avenue the access if you have a temporary or permanent walking issue, can be a little difficult but the complex itself is lovely and we can recommend it to anyone. We had a very happy holiday there.
Stayed at this lovely place for six weeks two weddings four weeks apart. Perfect location for our needs. Would definitely use this property again. Thank you Russell .

Enjoyable stay , everything was as expected , a bonus having uk television. Great having sun terrace with loungers ( although cushions for them would have been nice ) and we thought the sofa bed was uncomfortable ! . having said this the apartment was fine ,good being ground level and being able to park right outside front door.
A six week winter break, first time at this apartment but have been visiting paphos at this time of year for at least 12 years. We love walking and the Akamas area is not to be missed. The bars and restaurants are excellent value and good food and drinks. Supermarkets are good and stock everything.
Already booked for next year.
Communication on booking and whilst wevstayedvwas excellent. Slight problem on our arrival but it was sorted within half an hour. Will definitely recommend and hope to stay again in two years time.

Contact with owner, Russell, was excellent and he was more than helpful. A couple of issues which he sorted out immediately. Use of two pools which were overseen by lifeguard. Short walk to main road where restaurants were. Yes we would stay again.
We had a great stay at this apartment, loved the pool area and the apartment has its own sunny patio that get the sun from early till about 3pm with two sun beds. The location is perfect for exploring and not far from restaurants, beach and taverns. Communication with Russell was first class, he gave us an extra day as our flight wasn’t until late at night at no extra cost and also organised with a local taxi firm to collect us on arrival and take us to the apartment. Definitely will re book for next year, would recommend this apartment.

Everything you would need for a self catering holiday was there, lots of restaurants 5/10 mins across a dirt track(a torch is needed in the night) patio area was perfect you could sit in the shade or lounge on the sun beds. Pool area was readily accessible and well maintained with friendly lifeguards. Due to the extreme heat the air con was essential. The owner supplied fully comprehensive notes on all the amenities within the apartment and was always on hand with any problems.
Russell is an extremely responsive host and is warm and friendly when messaging.
The apartment is set back from the main drag accessed by a dirt trail so a torch is needed late at night.
I would suggest some basic household cleaning items would be great to have but that’s a minor issue. Weather was glorious - too warm for the private terrace but pool area was quiet and well maintained. As a solo traveler I felt very safe. Thanks Russell!
Just returned home from our stay at the Russell’s apartment. The apartment was as advertised on the website. It has all the amenities required for an excellent stay in Paphos. Pool area was big with loads of sun beds and umbrellas to use. The pool was big and not very busy. Felt like we had it to ourselves. Air con unit became faulty while we were there and Russell arranged for this to be fixed within days without any delay. Easy access along a dirt track to the main road with loads of bars and restaurants to choose from. Main supermarkets used was Lidl and the main one by the harbour. There is also a supermarket in the Kings Mall which was reasonable priced. Overall, we had a fantastic time with no complaints whatsoever. Would definitely stay here again

Disappointing
The apartment is spacious and very well equipped, however it needs a thorough deep cleaning including the soft furnishings. Everything in the kitchen was grubby with dried food on the dishes, grease on the hob and appliances etc. There was dustballs under the furniture. My impression was that the apartment gets minimal attention between guests.The pool did not open on schedule and was closed for the duration of my stay.Disappointed and wouldn’t return.

The municipality have delayed issuing pool licences. We are at the front of the queue, any pools open locally are most likely doing so without a licence.
All previous guests have stated how clean the apartment is !

A disappointment
No information on the advert that the pool was under repair.
Likewise was information missing of how to get hot water. Had to find out by contacting the owner.
Instructions were forwarded of how use the TV but not a word about which of three remote controls to use for the various actions.

The advert states that the pools are out of service from November to February.
The switch outside the bathroom is labelled “immersion /water” heater.
Wir waren im Februar 2023 für eine Woche als Paar zu zweit in diesem Apartment. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, nichts hat gefehlt.
Von der Lage erreicht man alle wichtigen Punkte in Paphos, wie die Altstadt und auch den Bereich des Hafens, zu Fuß.
Der Gastgeber war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, und auf Fragen gab es immer in kürzester Zeit eine Rückmeldung.

Why they chose this property
The Royal Seacrest at Kato Paphos is an ideal base to explore not only Paphos but also the whole of Cyprus.
There is a vast range of Cafes, Bars, Tavernas and Restaurants very close by.
Along with the the usual Tourist shops, Banks and many other high street delights.
Bus travel and car hire are both readily available nearby and very affordable as well.
What makes this property unique
The Property enjoys a quiet location set back from the main hub whilst keeping its very close links to all around.
Our large well appointed apartment has a large sun terrace and a covered patio area with two private loungers. The complex itself has two large lagoon pools, childrens pool, loungers and umbrellas.
The immediate Tombs of the Kings Tourist Area has an enormous amount to offer for a long stay and is an ideal base to visit the Harbour and other parts of Paphos.
Enjoy the coastal walk to the harbour. Easy walks to both the old town of Paphos and also the tourist area of Pahos.
