Vista Baia is a small luxury condominium of just 9 apartments, which share a lovely freeform pool and landscaped gardens. The apartment has electric gated entry and underground parking. The apartment is set in a superb location in a quiet area just across the road from the golden beach of Meia Praia. Free Wi-Fi now available. Satellite TV with all Sky Sports and Movie channels, BBC/ITV, CH 4 & 5 etc , catch up TV on main channels. There are 2 beach bars across the road and a restaurant next door. A further 2 beach bars, a bistro and a restaurant are just a few minutes walk down the road. Lagos Marina which has restaurants, bars, cafes, shops etc is a 30 minute walk via beach or road. Alternatively you can catch the local Onda bus service which stops just opposite the condominium entrance. Palmares Golf Club is 2 minutes by car and Boavista Golf Club 10 minutes by car. Our ground floor apartment has a 40sq m terrace that leads straight onto the pool area which is never crowded as only 9 apartments share the pool and gardens. The apartment is furnished to a very high standard.

Our management company, Resort Rentals Algarve, along with our major service providers, have been certified by Turismo do Portugal having completed their “Portugal – Clean & Safe” professional training and they are making sure that they adhere to the guidelines. Information on the regulations and procedures specific to Portugal will be sent out to all rental guests prior to their arrival.

Full management company service provided (meet and greet service, 24/7 emergency telephone number in case of loss of keys etc). The apartment has air-conditioning/heating throughout and automated security shutters in all rooms, main gate intercom, security safe. Travel cot can be provided free of charge. Non-smoking, no pets allowed. The use of our personal locker for storage of surfboards, bicycles etc.

Access to the condominium is controlled by electric gates and a video entry system and the apartment has its own parking space in the underground car park.

Location perfect.

This place has it all. Very comfortable and so close to the beach. Just a nice walk on the boardwalk and you are in Lagos. The place was fully equiped .

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment, it was fully equipped with everything we needed for our trip. Communication with the property manager was great. We couldn’t recommend this property enough and would love to stay again.

Gem of a Property

Such a lovely property so close to the amazing Meia Praia beach as well as the town of Lagos. So nice to have an end unit on the ground floor with easy access to the pool. The apartment was a very good size and layout. Would definitely recommend this property.

Family holiday

Great location beach across the road, we didnt have a car bus and train across the road so getting into Lagos cheap and easy. Best located apartment in complex ground floor at rhe end of building. Step out to oool highly reccomended.

Great garden and pool, very close to the beach

Perfect for a family of 3 or 4. Kitchen could be equipped a bit better and the beds/matresses are not very comfortable. But the location close to the beach is just perfect and quiet, the garden with big terrace and pool really beautifully. You should have a car for shopping - there is nothing in walking distance. Booking, check in/out was very friendly and easy. We can recommend it.

Wunderful location at the beach

The appartment is exactly as described and well equipped. The beds were comfortable. The pool is bigger in reality than in the photo and there was always plenty of space. The beach is very large and only across the road. There is a good restaurant next door. Despite the street and the restaurant, it was quiet and you could sleep with the windows open. We will gladly come again!

Entspannte Tage am Meer

Tolle Unterkunft mit guter schneller Komminikation mit Eigentümer und de Verwalter. Etwas abgelegen aber dafür verkehrsruhig. Sehr geut ausgestattet vor allem 3 Zimmer mit Klima. Vor der Tür fährt der Bus und die Bahn in wengen Minuten in die Altstadt und zum Hafen. BOLT und UBER sind sogar fast preisweter. Pool täglich gereinigt, andere Anwohner bzw Gäste waren freundlich, eine sehr angenehme Anlage.

Très bel appartement bien situé

Bel appartement au rez-de-chaussée accès direct à la piscine, face à la mer 2 mn à pied, tout équipé. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, nous conseillons et reviendrons probablement.

Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten…

Wir hatten diese Wohnung für drei Monate im Winter (Dez. – Feb.) gemietet. Übernommen haben wir die Wohnung in einem nicht gerade sauberen Zustand (gebrauchtes Geschirr in den Schränken, Klimaanlage total verschmutzt, alles verstaubt und und Schränke total verfettet, etc.). Da wir an einem Freitagabend angekommen sind, haben wir samstags erst einmal das Notwendigste selbst geputzt. Nach Kommunikation mit der Agentur und dem sehr netten Besitzer wurden dann aber sofort Anfang der Woche alle notwendigen Maßnahmen ergriffen, um die Wohnung in einem sauberen und schönen Zustand zu versetzen incl. der Anschaffung von neuen Töpfen und einem neuen BBQ! Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr schön. Sie liegt direkt am Strand circa 2 km außerhalb von Lagos, direkt gegenüber ist eine Bushaltestelle und eine Bahnstation. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Hierzu muss man jedoch sagen, dass die Zufahrt zu diesem extrem eng ist. Man muss immer sehr aufpassen, um sich das Auto nicht zu beschädigen, daher ist dieser Tiefgaragenplatz eher für kleinere Autos geeignet. Entgegen der Angabe in der Annonce, gibt es in der Wohnung keinen Wäschetrockner sondern nur einen Wäscheständer. Die Wohnung ist in den Wintermonaten leicht feucht, was aber in Portugal bei einer Lage so nahe am Strand normal ist. Die schöne Terrasse bietet auch im Winter Sonne, so dass man auch diese bei gutem Wetter genießen kann. 1 Stern Abzug gibt es von uns wegen der Anfangsschwierigkeiten.

Goed appartement op mooie locatie

Vlak aan het prachtige strand van Lagos een goed appartement met 2 royale slaapkamers en 2 badkamers ligt wel wat verder weg van het centrum (5km). Wij hebben genoten! Heerlijk terras, mooi zwembad en prachtige omgeving! Helemaal geweldig!

Appartement très agréable

Appartement très bien équipé dans une petite résidence calme. Lits très confortables. Piscine au bout de la terrasse très pratique. Le centre de lagos se trouve à 7mn en voiture ou 30 mn à pied. Grande plage de sable dommage qu'il y ait du vent mais ça on ne maîtrise pas. Gary le gérant à toujours été disponible merci à lui. Surtout veillez à ne pas laisser le double des clés sur la serrure vous ne pourrez plus rentrer ...nous avons fait la triste expérience d'un serrurier à 22h... Nous avons tout de même passé de bonnes vacances merci :-)

Ferienhaus in direkter Strandnähe

Wir fanden eine sehr schöne gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung vor. Direkter Zugang zum geschützen Poolgarten. Dies ist für die Sommerzeit sicherlich noch ein größerer Pluspunkt als im November. Der Weg zum schönen Strand ist wirklich nicht weit. Allerdings überquert man hierzu die neu gebaute Straße, in deren Umgebung es noch sehr wüst und unschön aussieht. Diese Baureste werden sicherlich bald beräumt oder durch Pflanzenwachstum kaschiert.

Séjour à Lagos

Plage de 6km de sable blanc en face de la location accessible à pied, dommage qu il y ait beaucoup de vent l après midi. Mais ça on ne maîtrise pas ! Location très bien entretenue et à 10 minutes en voiture du centre de Lagos.

O apartamento é muito acolhedor e bem equipado para passar mais do que 1 semana. Apartamento extremamente limpo e muito bem equipado. Um R/C fantástico mesmo junto á piscina que está sempre limpa e tranquila para se passar um ótimo final de tarde sem confusões. O acolhimento pelo responsável (Gary) foi exemplar, sempre disponível e atento. Perto da praia (150mts) e com passeio ótimo para caminhar/correr uns bons kms. A repetir !!!
