The kitchen and living areas are both on the ground floor, the kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances from microwave to dishwasher and all the usual utensils.
The lounge / dining area is spacious and provides seating for all the family with 3 sofas and a large dining table with 8 chairs, there is a wide screen TV with satellite channels and a DVD player, the lounge and dining room lead out to the pool which is 5 x 10 meters and surrounded by sun loungers, there is also a covered BBQ cabana for some alfresco dining.
To the front of the villa there is a driveway for off street parking and a lovely garden area. The entrance to the villa is gated for security and to stop little ones from getting out un assisted.
Luz village still retains some of its traditional charm with cobbled streets, shops, bars and restaurants and offers something for all the family.
The historic town of Lagos is just a 10 minute drive away and offers a beautiful modern marina, markets and restaurants. There are also many golf courses within easy reach as well as water parks and a local zoo.
