Just a few notes about our place. Quiet time per hoa and county is from 9pm-7am.

We have new butcher block countertops please do not cut on them we have cutting boards. Please no hot pans/pots or wet cloths or standing water.

The tub shower faucet is older and will be a little leaky we are in the process of fixing it but for now please turn it harder than usual to shut off

Quiet Side of RMNP

The condo is a great and convenient place to stay if you want to enter the RMNP via Grand Lake. It takes less than 5 minutes to cross into the Park. The quaint village of Grand Lake is just as easy to access. The condo is clean, roomy, and quiet..as described in ad.

The place was nice and Quiet Didn’t realize the stairs were so steep and many just had a hip replacement 2 1/2 weeks ago but managed Also really icy in front made it a little hard to get in.

Ideal Mountain Getaway

My family and I reserved the condo for a Thanksgiving getaway in the mountains. It was phenomenal. The listing is outside of Grand Lake a few miles in a quiet community. The space was very clean, organized, and as described in the listing. Communication with the host was very easy. I always received a reply back in a timely manner. I look forward to booking this condo again!
