The villa is a one-off in design with the atrium style round living area which allows light into the centre of the villa being the focus around which the house revolves with the bedrooms overlooking it from the second floor. It truly is stunning!

The living space has large comfortable Italian designer sofas and plenty of space to chill with the terrace and infinity pool just a few steps away. There is a 51 inch High Definition TV, WDTV, HDMI, Bose Idoc surround sound. Wifi is of course available in the villa.

The kitchen is ultra modern in sleek gloss white with black granite worktops and integral appliances including a dishwasher. The kitchen is well equipped for dining at home if you fancy a quiet night in. The dining area seats up to 14 and there is cutlery and crockery aplenty. There are options for dining outside with a large table and comfortable chairs in a shaded area of the terrace as well as an indoor dining table for cooler mornings and evenings at the beginning and end of the season.

The upper floor bedrooms have modern open styling and open views across Kalkan bay. The floor to ceiling windows make the most of the stunning views from every room.

Bedrooms 1-5 have luxury king-size beds. Bedrooms 6 and 7 have twin beds allowing for a mix of either families holidaying together or a group of friends. The beds are comfortable and bed linen good quality. All bedrooms have luxury en-suite bathrooms.

The main feature of the outdoor space is a D shaped infinity pool from where you can float and relax with the stunning panorama of Kalkan Bay in front of you. For early and late season the pool can be heated at an additional cost. Please ask for the price.
The sunbeds and parasols allow for sun and shade as you wish. The ambient lighting for the evenings is an added bonus.

There are comfortable seating areas and coffee tables outside to enable you to spend as much time as possible in the open air in true Mediterranean style. There is also a barbecue for al fresco cooking. The villa has fully irrigated landscaped gardens to all sides.

There is a garage for car parking and space on the street.

Our stay at Villa Neptune was amazing, beautiful, modern villa with stunning views and only a couple of minutes taxi ride away from beach, bars and restaurants. Our host was always available to message when needed but just left us to get on with things. Couldn’t fault the stay in any way.

Great hosts

The hosts (Cengiz and Fiona) helped arrange for the airport transfer, a memorable boat trip and an expert chef for cooking at the villa. Our family had a wonderful time. The location is perfect with a panoramic view of the Kalkan coast. We will definitely come back in the future.

This villa is new well laid out and even with 15 staying plenty of space. Great sized pool fun for all the family. Serviced quietly and unobtrusivly. Nothing too much trouble for the owner. The view from everywhere second to none

Fabulous luxury villa

My family and I have just returned from a wonderful holiday in this villa. The villa is beautiful and very well furnished and fitted out. The views from all of the rooms are incredible and the 20 mi9nute walk down to the harbour is most enjoyable. The owner met us on arrival and could not have been more helpful through out our stay. Eating outside was most enjoyable and the barbque made that very easy. Everything was very spacious despite there being eleven of us staying. The Kalamaki restaurant in town is a must as is Patera beach and Saklikent. We would certainly love to go back

The design of this property is truly something special. The light comes right into the heart of the property and I am so proud of the way it has worked out. The views are stunning from the pool terrace and all the bedrooms.

The view from the upper terrace is stunning looking over both Kalkan and Kalamar Bays and also beyond towards Kaputas cove along the road to Kas.
