The upper entrance level features an open plan and spacious lounge area, where you can relax and unwind.
The kitchen is fully equipped with integrated appliances, including an oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, American fridge freezer, and even a beer fridge. There is a separate dining area that can comfortably seat up to eight people. From this level, you can also access the feature-length balcony that offers breathtaking views of the golf course.

The mid-level of the villa includes a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, as well as a private furnished balcony with golf course views. There is also a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a balcony.

On the ground level, you will find two additional bedrooms, both with direct access to the swimming pool terrace and garden area. The private swimming pool measures 10.00m x 5.00m and has depths ranging from 1.20m to 2.15m. It is worth mentioning that a state-of-the-art electric pool cover has been installed for added safety and to help retain the water temperature. Please note that pool heating is available at an additional cost.
