Beautiful home with a spectacular view of Sardinia east coast!
The exact location is: Capitana, "Is Meris" Quartu Sant'Elena. The house is about 2 km from the nearest beach, with just a few minutes by car.
The apartment is located in an elevated position which offers a beautiful view of the coast and the surrounding area.

The house consists of: one bedroom whit one queen size bed + crib if needed, one living room with two sofa beds one full size and one very small twin size. A big separate room for the kitchen. One bathroom with shower. The separate kitchen bring you directly to a large terrace with full view of the sea, perfect for eating outside and enjoy the sunset!

This unit is equipped with every comfort: free wi-fi, air conditioning, hair dryer, TV , electric oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine , iron and ironing board, drying rack, gas barbecue, dishes and anything else necessary for cooking. Sheets and towels are all included.

Wonderful view

The place is very nice with the terasse and the stunning view. Air con is well functioning and the bath room facilities are ok. Nice that the host provided us with beach towels and chairs. However, the place is somewhat over-priced. We booked for five but couldn't get a discount when it showed that we would only be four there. This was within the cancellation limit. The communicarion with the host was unpleasant and hesitant in this process.

Idéal pour un séjour dans le sud de la Sardaigne

La villa est très bien équipée, jouit d'une magnifique vue sur le golfe de Cagliari et est idéalement située entre la ville et les stations du sud-est sarde. A recommander !

Nos ha encantado alojarnos aquí , la casita está muy bien y la terraza con vistas al mar excelente! Muy fiel a las fotos. La zona es de fácil acceso, relativamente cerca de cagliari en un barrio muy tranquilo. Las playas de La zona Geremeas están bastante cerca y son muy bonitas, para llegar a las villasimius son unos 40’ coche. Toda la atención ha sido correcta y el trato muy amable. Cerdeña es un paraíso! Volvimos encantados , repetiremos seguro !!

Very nice apartment

We stayed there for one week in June. The apartment is located in a neighborhood rather than in a touristic place. However, good restaurants, supermarkets and gas stations are nearby. Check In by Andrea was very friendly (we arrived approx. 10.30pm). It was clean and the view from the large terrace is fantastic. Surely a good location if you want to explore the Southern part of Sardinia. Late check out was highly appreciated. Thank you.
