Terrific home, NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND, NO PETS. 4 bedroom, 2 bath, great location, a 4 minute walk to the beach, 2nd St runs parallel to Ocean front. We hope you enjoy our nice beach home with 2 floors to create an open flowing floor plan. Relax and enjoy beach living with your family and friends at Ocean Isle Beach. Must be 28 years old to rent. 4 Bedrooms, new mattresses on every bed. No pets allowed, we have many guests that are allergic to pets. In summer season, Sat to Sat week rentals.
Brand new gorgeous well equipped kitchen!… has refrigerator, ice maker, toaster, oven, blender, coffee maker, and all amenities for your family and friends. Kitchen table can seat 6 and the extended kitchen bar counter seats four with bar stools.
One of our favorite times is walking first thing in the morning or toward dinner time with appetizers and a glass of wine afterwards. Beautiful new deck just completed in January 2024.

The den has a new High Definition 55" TV with wireless internet for your convenience. Bluray DVD and Stereo.

Convenient beach access with showers is just a short walk away - approximately 130 yards. Additionally, car and golf cart parking is available is desired or necessary.
No pets allowed.
There are many options for runners, and walkers while at OIB with sidewalks galore and natural walkways several miles long located on the East end inland. If you run the 'point to point Island Run', this is a 7 mile route!

Golf: Brunswick County has more than 40 courses and this is before you get to the Myrtle Beach area. Our favorites are Panther's Run, Lions Paw, Carolina National GC, Crow Creek, Farmstead, Cape Fear National, the Pearl East, Sandpiper.

Tennis: Ocean Isle Recreation Park is on Georgetown Road, about 1 mile north of the bridge. Turn there and go 1 mile for 8 hard surface tennis courts with windscreens and water there. Nice children's play area as well.

The house has everything you need for a great beach stay. Close enough to the beach to walk. I would remind renting a golf cart for your stay.

Great house very close to the beach!

Very nice house about a block and a half from the beach - short walk! Perfect for our group of 5 adults and 1 toddler. I would rent this house again. Thank you for letting us stay here!

Great location and options

We enjoyed our stay and appreciate how easy Tom was to work with. The house is very close to a beach access street and it was well appointed. It also has one of the best outdoor showers! Hot water, great shower pressure and high enough shower head for taller people. All descriptions were accurate.

Great vacation house

This was a perfect place for us. I can’t say enough how pleasant the experience was. It was more like a home away from home than a VRBO. The appliances in the kitchen were amazing. Perfect house for long weekend getaway!!

First time renting with VRBO and was very pleased. The house was just as listed and more! Excellent location to the beach with easy access. House was fully stocked for all our needs. Loved the deck for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Owner was very responsive to all emails. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Beach House

Can’t get a better deal on a great house in a great location to the beach. If you do come, I highly suggest renting a golf cart to get to the park, ice cream shops, and restaurants. That was the only regret I had, not getting a golf cart.

OIB stay

We had a wonderful time during our stay at the Goff's island home. This was an "overflow" house for our very large family and the Goff's location was perfect. Everything was clean and exactly as represented online. We had no issues or problems during our stay. All of the instructions for check-in/check-out, use of the keypad, wi-fi and remotes were very thorough. My family were the lucky ones who got to use this property as our "retreat". We will definitely keep this property on our radar for any future OIB stays!

The Goff Club was the perfect cozy house for my family. The beds were comfortable, the open floor plan was nice. There was plenty of seating. The Raeford beach access was only 1-2 blocks away. This access has a ramp with a mat that makes rolling the beach cart a breeze. Tom was very quick to respond when booking and communicating details prior to the trip. If you are looking for a comfortable place to stay at OIB, this is it! We will definitely stay again. Thanks Tom! Ps... Nice trophy!

The property was fantastic for our visit and is just as described. Check in was easy and the house is well kept. We really enjoyed the renovated kitchen as we like to cook and enjoy meals together. Great weekend retreat

Excellent experience renting! Short stroll to the beach. Less than a mile to the center of the island with its park, bars / restaurants, shops and pier. House was very clean and spacious. Excellent water pressure for great showers and comfy beds. Great communication with the owner. Beautiful island.

We had a very nice stay. There were a few gnats but we tried to kill them as we went along and I never could figure out how to use that can opener. The house could use a few games or something for kids but likely my granddaughter brought some of hers.. we would come back

Family Vacay #2

This was our second stay this summer. This time we had our baby granddaughter, her mom, and dad with us. Made use of the ramped beach access not far from the house. Plenty of room for everyone to stretch out and relax. Plus all the amenities for a comfortable stay.

Been coming to Ocean Isle Beach for over 50 years! Fell in love with it as a child so I decided to build a home there! There may be beaches that are equal to OIB, but NONE better!

Why they chose this property

Fabulous location, only a mile walk east of the main pier, and a 4 minute walk to the beach.

What makes this property unique

open den and totally NEW kitchen, internet, Directv, 50" 1080P TV in the den and a 32" 1080p TV in master bedroom. Recently updated bathrooms, 2 new remote control Hunter fans in den, outside shower which is roomy and great! (my favorite shower)
