Mare Nostrum - Very nice apartment on the seafront
Located on the first floor with elevator, the apartment which has a magnificent sea view has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, air conditioning, internet & underground parking which will greatly facilitate parking.
In addition to the beach at the foot of the building, you can have optional access to the swimming pool at the breast of the complex.
The kitchen is very well equipped but you can also rest in one of the many restaurants nearby!
Everything is at your disposal for a pleasant stay!

Die Lage macht den Unterschied
Mobilar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Betten sind (für uns) ungenügend (Lattenrost und Matratze). Die Grösse für 6 Personen (2 Bäder), die Lage inkl. Tiefgaragenplatz, die Kommunikation und Check-in / out mit Sandra Gabard sind absolut top!

Séjour très agréable
L'appartement est grand et très fonctionnel avec un coin nuit et un coin lieu de vie avec salon et cuisine ouverte.
Climatisation très utile pour un mois d'août très chaud.
Commerces très proches de l'appartement. Également beaucoup de bars et restaurants.
Plage juste en face de la résidence et parking privé en sous sol très apprécié.
La seule réserve (indépendante de la location) c'est l'installation d'une estrade en face de la résidence avec quelques concerts durant le séjour qui se terminaient un peu tard, mais c'était acceptable dans l'ensemble.
Donc globalement super séjour !

Alles gut schöne Wohnung mit toller Lage direkt am schönen Strand und auch sehr zentral im Zentrum
