Newly built house with outdoor parking space. 10 minutes walk from the beach and very close to the shopping and restaurant area. Activities: boat ride without a license by the channels, airfield and skydiving. Wind tunnel. Horse ride. Water activities (jet ski rental, boats, surf school, kite-surf, wave, scuba diving, etc.) Sites of tourist interest: Wetlands, Ruins of Empuria, Sant Pere de Rodas, Roses, Llançà, Port de la Selva, Medes Islands , Dalí Museum, etc.)

Das Haus war sehr schön und funktional eingerichtet (für große Menschen waren die Betten recht kurz). Die Kommunikation mit Pedro war freundlich und unkompliziert und auch unsere kleine Hündin hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles in allem können wir die Unterkunft in jeder Hinsicht nur empfehlen!!

Très beau séjour grâce a cette maison très agréable qui offre tout le confort nécessaire . Calme et apaisant avec la vue sur les bateaux . Haus am Kanal

Wir haben zwei schöne Wochen im Juni in diesem Haus verbracht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war hervorragend. WLAN ist im ganzen Haus vefügbar und es war sehr sauber. In der Küche hat es an Nichts gefehlt. Es gibt jede Menge Gläser, Töpfe, Pfannen und Geschirr. Wenn man etwas bemängeln müsste, wäre es für uns die Tatsache, dass es sehr lange dauert, bis warmes Wasser aus der Leitung kommt. Der schöne Blick auf die vorbeifahrenden Boote auf dem Kanal vom Küchenfenster oder einer der beiden Terrassen in der obersten Etage entschädigt aber auf jeden Fall. Die Möbel sind hochwertig, jeder Wohn- und Schlafraum Raum hat eine Klimaanlage und die Liegen auf der Terrasse sind neuwertig. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft sehr empfehlenswert.

Maison lumineuse et propre, avec une très jolie vue sur les canaux. En raison de restrictions d’eau en Catalogne, peu de pression dans la douche de l’étage et matelas trop ferme pour nous. Les draps ne sont pas fournis. Pedro a gentiment répondu à nos remarques et semble soucieux de la satisfaction de ses locataires.

Schöne Wohnung in guter und ruhiger Lage

Wir haben den Aufenthalt mit einer Familie mit 5 Personen sehr genossen, gute Raumaufteilung, 3 Toiletten sehr gut für die Personenzahl. Sehr schöne, aber dennoch ruhige Lage am Kanal.

Heerlijk huis

Fijn contact met eigenaar. Erg fijn huis. Rustige buurt, mooi uitzicht op het water. Heel schoon, genoeg ruimte en fijn dat er airco is! Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Strand zo'n 15 min lopen Jammer dat er niet een "stadje" in de buurt was op loopafstand. De bovenste slaapkamer is open, zit geen deur voor, dus daar hoor je alles wat er op de eerste verdieping en begane grond gebeurt. Genoeg wc's en douches. Douche helemaal boven komt erg klein straaltje water uit. Op eerste verdieping ook niet heel veel, maar wel meer dan op bovenste verdieping. Al met al een heerlijk verblijf... Aanrader!

une très belle vue sur les canaux de tous les cotés, la maison est très confortable, de grandes pièces très bien aménagées et équipées, de très bons couchages. la pièce principale traversante très bien ventilée beaucoup d'ouvertures qui permettent de rafraîchir la maison en un clin d'oeil , située a 10min a pied des plages et 5 min des commerces, une place de parking devant la porte est un réel atout et la terrasse fantastique où nous avons pris tous nos repas vraiment un lieu qui nous a ravis.

Agréable et très bien placé

Maison restaurée et fonctionnelle, située dans un emplacement idéal. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et à l’écoute. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances. Juste un point à améliorer : les aspirateurs qui sont mis à disposition ne permettent pas de faire un ménage impeccable.

Heerlijk appartement op een goede locatie

Mooi en ruim appartement op 10 minuten loopafstand van strand, winkels en restaurants. Ook voorzien van wasmachine en vaatwasser, ruim terras. Klantvriendelijke beheerder, snelle reactie.
