Very comfortable villa, just few steps to the sea very beautiful spot for snorkeling, there are a lot of fishes, especially will enjoy those who are sea lovers. Located in the urbanization of Binisafua Roters, south coast of the island, just 15 minutes by car from the airport, and 5 minutes walk from the famous fishing village of Binbeca, where you will find restaurants, shops ... The property is literally kissing the sea. There is a dock right in front of the villa with easy access to the sea, it is a special area for snorkeling, turquoise waters with lots of fishes, different areas with platforms just few meters down a path. The villa is on one level, has everything you need in the kitchen for eight or more people, 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (one en suite) has air conditioning in the living room and in one of the bedrooms,
The distribution: one double room with double bed XL and bathroom with shower en suite, another double room with two single beds, and two double rooms with double bed, all rooms have wardrobe and window, the main room has door access window to the terrace and air conditioned.
Has an incredible terrace from where you can almost kiss the sea. The villa is located a few meters from the beautiful beach of Binisafua around 7 minutes away by the horse track, few meters to Binibeca vell, and 2 km from the beaches of Biniparratx and Binidali.

Autumn Stay on Menorca

The villa was perfect for my wife and I's five-day stay on the island. We were able to use the villa as a base to explore all sides of the island, while eating most breakfast and dinner meals there. The place was spacious and comfortable, while providing all amenities that we needed. We only wished that it was warm enough to swim in the pool and spend time on the island's beaches.

Idyllic Getaway

The property is beautiful and the views are stunning. It was magical to wake up there every morning. We really enjoyed the best snorkeling on the island being across the street and one of the best restaurants for lunch and dinner just next door. The off street car parking space was super convenient. Although it is quite easy to nip into town to the market and pick up essentials, it would have been nice, at this price point, to be supplied with more of the basic amenities. The 3 rolls of toilet paper ( 1 for each bathroom)were most welcome but hardly sufficient for 5 people. That was all the extras, except for handwashing dish liquid,2 hand towels (for drying dishes) and 1 sponge. It seemed a bit sparse. We were missing hand soap, paper towels, tissues, dishwashing machine soap, laundry soap, pool towels and spring water. None of that really mattered, though! We are booking again for next year because the location and the house with the pool by the sea is just perfect! Thank you, Marga!!!!!

Fabulous location in unspoilt Menorca

Whereas the property is lovely and the location amazing, we were very disappointed with the inside of the villa. When you arrive at the villa on a Sunday afternoon and no shops are open, as a common courtesy, at least a bottle of water in the fridge would be nice, rather odd to have nothing provided. We found the furnishings dated and rather grubby. No villa handbook was provided which is always useful. We had to provide our own binbags, washing/dishwasher powder etc. When I asked Marga where the sunlounger cushions were kept, she replied that they had possibly 'blown away' and there were none - very uncomfortable sunbathing. None of the plugs worked in any of the handbasins, nor any overhead mirror lights worked, tricky for shaving. The kitchen equipment had not been checked and was dirty and the glasses had seen better days - we had to use Pokemon(!) glasses as these were the only useable non-limescaled glasses. We booked the whole villa yet only one bed was made up. Our sons came to stay for the weekend and Marga had to look for some sheets and towels for them. When you book a four bedroom villa with no discount for our two person occupancy we expect all rooms to be made up, towels provided, and bedside lamps to work. Saying all this, despite some very stormy weather, we had a lovely time. The pool is lovely and the garden is really beautiful with stunning flowers. The restaurant next door is highly recommended and ever so friendly. I feel bad writing this review but think the owners need to re-evaluate the 'luxury' status and take a good look at what they provide. It's a shame because the actual villa itself has such potential but lets itself down with its shoddy grubby interior... disappointing. I would appreciate a response.

Stunning view and location

Fantastic apartment for two families worth young children. We loved watching the sunset as we cooked and exploring the local beaches. Some of the best snorkelling on the island was 3 mins walk away. Perfect place to explore Menorca with parking for 2 cars. Lovely restaurant next door was an added bonus!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la villa. Tout est conforme aux photos, très propre et bien entretenu. Superbe cuisine avec vue sur la mer. A noter que la cuisine est très bien équipée, avec pleins de vaisselles, casseroles et ustensiles, ce qui n'est pas souvent le cas dans les locations. Très bonne communication avec Marga, et tout à été parfait pour une superbe semaine de vacances.

Excellent séjour

La maison que nous avons louée en famille est très spacieuse, très calme, la literie est excellente, la climatisation dans deux pièces est très appréciable. La cuisine est parfaitement équipée. La piscine est superbe et la vue encore plus! La situation est idéale pour faire du snorkelling en traversant la route, le village de Binibequer que l’on peut rejoindre à pieds permet de faire de petites courses à pieds. Pour terminer Marga notre contact est hyper disponible et très sympathique. Un sans faute!

Tolles Ferienhaus

Tolles Ferienhaus direkt am Meer. Marga ist wirklich sehr charmant, kleine Probleme wurden direkt per Whats App angesprochen und geregelt. Für uns deutsche Kaffeetrinker ein kleines Manko: es gibt keine elektrische Kaffeemaschine. Klar gekommen sind wir trotzdem, wir waren halt ständig am Kaffee kochen mit dem traditionellen Kaffeekocher. Ansonsten: Pool excellent, Garten wunderschön, Lage einmalig! Wir hatten wirklich einen unvergesslichen Urlaub auf einer wunderbaren Insel. Allgemein möchte ich hinzu fügen, auf Quallen zu achten, je nach Windrichtung sind in der kleinen vorgelagerten Bucht einzelne Exemplare oder wie in unserem Fall auch mal ein ganzer Schwarm vorzufinden, das könnte gefährlich werden. Aber das ist eben einfach Natur, muss akzeptiert werden und hat nicht im geringsten etwas mit der Qualität des Hauses zu tun! Vielleicht kommen wir wieder mal! Danke für alles, liebe Marga!

Great House

We had a lovely stay. Plenty of space for eight people and a baby, lovely pool that was cleaned whilst we were there and plenty of cooking things if you need them. Only master bedroom and main house seemed to have air con.

PERFECT MENORCAN LOCATION

We spent a lovely week here overlooking the Mediterranean. Quiet sea road and picturesque Menorcan boat yard. Uninterrupted views over the sea. Restaurant conveniently a few steps away but didn’t disturb us. I think we were the first in this season and there were a few incidental problems which we sorted out with Marga’s prompt attention. A previous reviewer will be pleased to know that all the basin plugs have now been renewed and new sun chair covers available. Wi Fi now working well but no Sattelite TV. (Take a Fire Stick!) Beautiful screed garden, well kept with Mediterranean plants which was home families of Sardinian Warblers: even a nest with 5 eggs! Villa well furnished with plenty of storage and kitchen equipment. UK visitors perhaps could do with a cafetière for coffee and a good non stick pan. No BBQ but it was early season. Marion and Russell. Hertfordshire. UK

A small piece of heaven

We wanted somewhere that was peaceful and quiet, with things in walking distance. This beautiful villa was all of that. The views were stunning, with the sea across the road. A restaurant was literally next door, but not noisy, and Binibeca with all of its bars and restaurants and shops, was only a 15 minute walk. We will definately be going back.

tolles Haus in wirklich schöner Lage

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir waren 2 Paare, das Haus ist aber auch gut mit Kindern bewohnen. Kritisieren möchte ich aber, das wir als erste Gäste nach dem Winter die Küche erst einmal gründlich putzen mussten. Da hätten wir für den Mietpreis wirklich eine gründliche Vorreinigung erwartet.

Excellent location

It was a decent 11 day vacation in a beautiful house. Just a 30 second walk to the the sea and to the beach in a beautiful location. The house has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The view, the location and the house were just amazing. We can only recommend this place with a 5 star rating.

Excellent, modern villa with spectacular views.

We were very impressed by the modern architecture and décor of the villa and its fantastic position in the first line from the sea. The views were spectacular and the swimming pool great! There is a restaurant next door with great food and drinks, which was convenient. There are also a couple of supermarkets nearby and we did some cooking in the villa, watching sunsets through the panoramic windows of the well-equipped kitchen. The villa is a walking distance from Binibeca, a picturesque fairy tale architectural project, definitely worth a visit. We had a hire car and were able to explore all the major sites of Menorca. Everything is just a short drive away. Marga, the villa manager, is a warm and lovely lady, who made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended!

Lovely villa in a beautiful location

We had a wonderful week in the villa which was clean and well resourced. Marga was very helpful from the first email & everything was as described on the website. The sea view from the villa is stunning - it was wonderful to wake up to it each morning & then watch the sun set each evening. Would thoroughly recommend staying here.

Casa muy bien ubicada y tranquila, cerca de Binibeca y el maravilloso acuario natural de Ses Olles. Levantarse, cruzar la calle y nadar a solas desde el embarcadero. Podemos ir caminando a la playa de Binisafua, una linda calita muy familiar. La casa supera la descripicón del anuncio. Muy recomendable.

For its comfort, calm, privileged situation in front of the sea with access to swim, just 5 minutes walk from the fishing village of Binibeca, place of restaurants, shops ...
Only around 7 minutes walk from the beach of Binisafúller by the horse track, very nice beach with quiet waters, ideal for families with children.
You can also access an impressive place known as "Ses Olles" (the pot, by its shape) just in front of the villa just walking a few meters to the south-east you will find a path through which you can access different platforms in all its coast and corners with access to the turquoise sea colour, full of fishes which do not fear of human being, because they are used to be surrounded of people for years.
You will enjoy nature and sea very much.
