The accommodation is located on an independent second floor without elevator, with magnificent views and access to the communal roof terrace.



This apartment has a fully equipped living-dining room with a flat screen Smart TV and cozy armchairs that will make you feel at home. The open kitchen includes all kinds of utensils and appliances such as microwave, refrigerator and ceramic hob.

You can make use of a large bathroom with bathtub, perfect to disconnect and dedicate the time you deserve.

The bedroom has two single beds and storage space with towels and sheets, all at your disposal.

The accommodation is located near the leisure area par excellence, with numerous bars, stores, supermarkets and restaurants, where you can find the necessary distractions to spend a spectacular vacation. Schade - hätte sehr schön sein können...

Die Lage am Jachthafen ist wunderschön. Hier hat man einen tollen Blick auf die Sonnenaufgänge. Traumhaft. In der Nähe gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, sowie Bars und Restaurants. Zwei Strände sind in weniger als 10 Minuten erreichbar. Soweit das Positive. Die Wohnung ist in die Jahre gekommen und hat in Punkte Sauberkeit und Hygiene sehr viel Spielraum nach oben! Keine Ahnung wie die Putzfrau das Wort Reinigung definiert, aber Staub und Schmutz in der ganzen Wohnung sind untragbar. Also zuerst Grundreinigung! Der Gipfel der Unverschämtheit war ein total verschimmelter Käse (Bilder vorhanden) und eine verschimmelte Butter im Kühlschrank. Fraglich wann dieser das letzte mal sauber gemacht wurde? Dazu schmutziges Geschirr in der Abtropfschale über der Spüle. Der Balkon mit dem herrlichen Blick wäre toll, wenn der kaputte Tisch und die beiden notdürftig reparierten Stühle einladend gewesen wären. Durch den starken Wind fiel die Balkontüre immer wider zu, da die Halteösen gebrochen waren und die Türen somit nicht fixiert werden konnten. Renovierungsbedarf überall. Mehrfach mussten wir nach dem Wifi-Schlüssel fragen, denn dieser lang nicht aus. Nach zwei Tagen erhielten dann den Code mit dem Vermerk, dass er nur auf dem Balkon funktioniert (wahrscheinlich vom Nachbarn). In der Wohnung gibt es Geräte die mit Fernbedienung funktionieren (Klimaanlage, Fernseher), leider waren keine Batterien da. Aufgrund des schönen Wetters haben wir die Wohnung nur zum Schlafen genutzt. Nie wieder!
