Two-storey house in close proximity to the beach. The accommodation has Wi-Fi, several communal swimming pools and garden areas. Available for a maximum of eight people.
From the terrace you can enjoy the incredible views of the Roche pine forest and the sea. There is a porch with outdoor furniture and a pergola with a mobile awning. At the rear there is another terrace. On the ground floor of the holiday home there is a living-dining room with television, a kitchen, a toilet and a bedroom with two single beds. On the upper floor you will find a bathroom and two bedrooms, both with single beds, and one with an en-suite bathroom. This accommodation has Wi-Fi and is pet-friendly.
In the urbanisation there are three communal swimming pools (open during the summer), large garden areas, a private playground, a paddle tennis court and a basketball court as well as a private parking space. The property has a 24-hour security service. In addition, the house is next to a shopping centre with a supermarket and restaurants. Swimming pool available in season (15/06/2024 - 15/09/2024).
