Hortensia Spacious house in private urbanisation

Two-storey house in close proximity to the beach. The accommodation has Wi-Fi, several communal swimming pools and garden areas. Available for a maximum of eight people.



From the terrace you can enjoy the incredible views of the Roche pine forest and the sea. There is a porch with outdoor furniture and a pergola with a mobile awning. At the rear there is another terrace. On the ground floor of the holiday home there is a living-dining room with television, a kitchen, a toilet and a bedroom with two single beds. On the upper floor you will find a bathroom and two bedrooms, both with single beds, and one with an en-suite bathroom. This accommodation has Wi-Fi and is pet-friendly.



In the urbanisation there are three communal swimming pools (open during the summer), large garden areas, a private playground, a paddle tennis court and a basketball court as well as a private parking space. The property has a 24-hour security service. In addition, the house is next to a shopping centre with a supermarket and restaurants. (15/06/2026 - 15/09/2026).

In Chiclana there are places of interest to visit, such as the Hermitage of Santa Ana, Sancti Petri Marina, the Museum of Chiclana...etc. Beautiful white sandy beaches where you can enjoy water sports or plenty of restaurants and bars where you can enjoy the gastronomy of the area.

At 22.8 km from Conil, 27.3 km from Cadiz or 80.3 km from Tarifa.

Nice and quiet house overlooking nature

We had a fantastic stay in the house that we rented for 3 weeks. the first weeks of April the area was still very quiet and a lot of bars and restaurants were still closed. But after Semana Santa it got more lively. Location is perfect, close to beach, Cadiz, Jerez, Tarifa, Conil de la Frontera.... The house was a bit old. The couches are very uncomfortable but the beds and showers are good. Compared to the other houses in the urbanization, this house could definitely need an upgrade and painting. Communication with the agency went smoothly. We were happy and enjoyed our stay!

lots of mosquitos. 3 swimming pools are closed out of 4.

there are no windows mosquito protection so lots of problems withs mosquitos. we were not able to take diner on the terrace because of the mosquitos. Also bad smell because of humidity. the rest is ok.

Ferienhaus Loma Sancti Petri

Leider hat die Agentur vor Ort, Apartelius, keine Infos zur Schlüsselübergabe geschickt. Wir standen also samstags vor verschlossener Ferienhaustür. Das Büro der Agentur ist am Wochenende nicht besetzt,somit war die angegebene Telefonnummer überflüssig, da es auch keine Weiterleitung zu einem Servicetelefon gab. Erst über das Service-Telefon von fewo-direkt in Deutschland konnten wir letztendlich Kontakt zu Apartelius bekommen, mussten dann allerdings nochmals je 20 Kilometer hin und zurück nach Chiclana zur Schlüsselabholung fahren. Unerfreulich. Dann ging alles reibungslos. Alle waren sehr nett und bemüht. Nochmals Dank an das Serviceteam von fewo-direkt in Deutschland. Das Haus hat eine schöne Lage und wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Jemand sollte aber mit dem Inhaber Kontakt aufnehmen. Alles ist innen gepflegt und sauber, aber das Haus verdient z.B. einen neuen Anstrich von Aussen, Nichts desto trotz, wir werden wiederkommen, wir wissen ja jetzt, worauf wir achten müssen😉
