Spacious apartment located in Alicante with a capacity for up to seven people. The apartment is on the seventh floor with elevator.
The accommodation is within an urbanization that has a communal seasonal swimming pool (summer), a garden area and playground for children and has a closed garage.
It is distributed in four bedrooms, three of them with two single beds each, and the other with a double bed, two bathrooms, one with shower and the other with bathtub. The living - dining room with TV, air conditioning and exit to the terrace with outdoor furniture and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary for your stay (oven, ceramic hob, fridge, washing machine, kitchenware .....).
Pets are allowed with a daily supplement. (15/06/2026 - 15/09/2026).
The apartment is in an area very close to the city center, near the Cathedral of San Nicolas de Bari, and the Provincial Archaeological Museum of Alicante. It is about 15 minutes from the beach by car and about 12 minutes by car you can find the Port of Alicante. The Gran Vía Alicante shopping center is only five minutes away.
