About this property

Costa Blanca - Villa for 8 people with private pool near the sea

Close to the sea, Santa Pola, as well as the city of Alicante and near the airport, you will find a very nice quiet villa with private pool 9 x 5 and a wonderful idyllic garden of 2600 m2 with palm trees and tropical plants.

This villa was completely renovated in 2011. Linens, furniture and pool - everything is like new.

We do our best to make our guests feel at home and spend a dream vacation.

In the summer our gardener comes twice a week for the maintenance of the pool and the care of the garden, in the low season once a week.

For stays of 15 days, we change sheets and towels weekly.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend the property to others. A car is essential but beaches/ restaurants and everything else you need is only 7/10 mins drive. Communication with the owner was frequent and easy. The pool and gardens are fantastic and the house is well equipped with very comfy beds!

A very high quality villa

Fantastic villa, very peaceful but close to amenities and the beach (car required). Set in large grounds with plenty of shade, if needed. Superbly appointed with a large, very clean pool. Great communication before and all the way through the stay. This was my second visit and will definitely be returning. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.
