Top Floor Flat in private building with other private flats ideal for families as joining the Beach, various leisure facilites all with easy reasonable distance. Train station 5 min, bus services 1 min, walk.

The building previously has been a hotel due to its excellent location, built around 1900 it has provided a good holiday retreat for many people over the years.

Economical clean and tidy apartment. Recently refurbished with decoration and carpets.

Was in Margate for Soul Festival picked this apartment as in walking distance off venues, but not too close where it’s busy. Check-in easy no issues. Accommodation clean with all you need a home from home. I’d only tell the owner to update the pics online the flat is actually in my opinion more modern and fresh pics don’t do it justice - never stayed at same accommodation twice whilst in Margate but I’d definitely book this flat again

Great little stay

Lovely little apartment on the top floor with a view of the sea. Every inch of space is perfectly planned. There is everything you need plus some nice touches like a few teabags, coffee sachets and milk sachets to get you started, even a shopping bag for stocking up.

Margate the old lovely seaside resort

We have had a nice week in a tastefully and nice furnished appartment near the coast. Margate is a lovely old seaside resort with many nice buildings and an varianle beach.The host was very helpful and gave us good tips. Margate is also a good place to explore the thanet-halfisland an Canterbury.

It is a lovely apartment in a great location next to the beach. Rooms very clean and modern

We really liked the apartment. Jonathan, the owner was very nice and obligling. The apartment is 5mins from the beach and very close to the shops, restaurants and bars. Although, the kitchen is well equipped to make a decent meal. We had a very nice comfortable stay here. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely flat . Great bed with lovely linen . Decor tasteful and classy. Jonathon was available for any questions I had . Location - one can walk to the beach ( 5 mins) into town ( 15 mins) So give your car a holiday too and park outside the flat for the duration of your stay !

Lovely appartment, helpful owner

Was offered free up grade to two bed appartment at no extra charge. Flat was very good value, can't really comment if single bed appartment was as advertised but the two bed certainly would have fitted the description and more. It had everything I needed, was very comfortable, spacious and well equipped. Both beds were made up so I could choose which room I slept in, I liked the front bedroom so I slept there. I didn't have trouble sleeping despite the early light in the morning, other guests may benefit from the addition of blackout curtains. The smaller second bedroom would be darker in the summer mornings. The owner replied promptly and fully to my questions and was very helpful before I booked and once I had arrived. Parking wa on the street, which was tight sometimes but not a problem. Plenty of restaurants / takeaways and local store within short distance. I would recommend the apartment.

We had a three day break in Margate. When we arrived Jon was there to meet us. He had upgraded us to a two bed apartment at no extra cost. The apartment had everything you could possibly need from sky TV in the lounge and freeview TV in the bedroom. All the kitchen appliances you would need. Free Wi-Fi and it was spotlessly clean. A joy to stay in. They also supplied towels which we didn't use as we brought our own. There was washing up liquid, shampoo, tea and coffee, jam's as well. Oh and sachets of fresh Milk. It was more like staying in a 5* hotel without the room service. Jon also left us with two sets of keys and his mobile number in case we had any problems. Which we didn't have. We went out during the day and had cosy nights in. We loved every minute. We will definitely be back. Thanks so much Jon and wife for a lovely break home away from home.

Beautiful location and cosy flat

I stayed here with some friends and we had a great time. The flat was very homely and had everything we needed. Jon was very helpful and was able to sort out any problems we had. We would definitely come back again and I recommend staying at this lovely flat. It was very clean and comfortable and it was great to come back after a long day at the beach or walking around town. I don't have any complaints as everything was perfect :)
