Welcome to your countryside holiday villa near Boliqueime, placed in a calm location and still just a short drive from beaches and main attractions!



This spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa sits in a fully enclosed plot with a generous garden and a sun-drenched 9 5 m pool, ideal for unwinding away from the tourist buzz while staying central in the Algarve. Picture yourself picking fresh oranges from the trees, grilling dinner on the charcoal BBQ in the shaded dining area, and ending the day with family time by the pool or in the games room.



Step inside to four air-conditioned bedrooms: two on the ground floor (one double, one twin) and two on the first floor (one double and one with three single beds), plus a sofa bed to accommodate a tenth guest. Three bathrooms, all with bathtubs, ensure comfort for larger groups. The very spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all everyday appliances and accessories, plus a pantry with extra fridge and direct access to the shaded BBQ and outdoor dining table.



The ample living room is divided into three zones bar, seating and dining with a cosy fireplace, TV with English channels (BBC, ITV, etc.) and Wi‑Fi covering the whole villa. In the basement, a games room with pool table offers extra entertainment on quieter evenings.



Outside, guests enjoy the large garden filled with plants and fruit trees, especially orange trees whose fruit guests may pick in season, and the fully enclosed grounds make it safe for children to play. The charcoal BBQ area, shaded dining space, outdoor furniture by the living room and the 9 5 m swimming pool create a perfect setting for al fresco meals, poolside relaxation and watching the kids swim, with plenty of secure parking inside the plot.

Lovely villa with plenty space and the heaters worked well. Pool looked lovely but a little cold this time of year. The double bed upstairs is not fit for pirpose and was quite uncomfortable with replacement of the slats I’m sure it would be great just thought I would let you know if you were unaware. Also the downstairs wc kept getting stuck and running water and finally the upstairs bathroom the plug didn’t work. Little things but may affect your eating if left. Many thanks Nickie

We had the best time at this beautiful Villa.

The pictures look great but actually walking into the villa literally stunned us. It was more then we expected. We made the most of the beautiful pool as well as the lush air con due to the freak baking hot weather. We did had 1 day where we didn't have any water but I messaged the owners and they were there to fix it within half hour. Fantastic Villa, beautiful location and very responsive hosts. We would 100% stay here again in the future.

The house is pretty nice, but it definitely requires some major interventions to provide proper comfort to its guests. Seashell’s team was fully available to assist whenever possible. Some of the issues are however related with preventive maintenance and small improvements that make a big difference for the guests. The water pressure on the bathrooms could be improved big time, dishwashing machine was working on its own willing, the fridges were not cooling properly and there were some stray dogs breaking into the property during the night (messing up everything). The stove is pretty old and almost impossible to regulate its power. Glasses and other kitchen utilities were quite scarce considering availability for 10 guests at the same house.

The Best Place I’ve Ever Stayed!

This villa is so beautiful, I couldn’t recommend it enough! The company were so helpful and lovely, they left us some cheese and wine when we arrived and cleaners came in part way through the stay. The setting is very rural, which means you can’t walk to places but it’s easy to order Uber’s - it’s so quiet and peaceful around, and you get a stunning view of the night sky with little light pollution. The house is extremely spacious and gorgeous inside, it looks exactly like the photos! I would love to make reoccurring visits to this villa, it really felt like home! There was a washing machine and dishwasher which we were very grateful for as there were a lot of us staying there. When we arrived there was a broken air con which was fixed within a few hours. It was a perfect holiday! The only improvements I would make are very minor. For example, there were no cleaning products so we couldn’t clean the house ourselves - we had to buy a whole pack of washing machine tablets, antibacterial soap, washing up liquid and scrubbers etc to carry out daily cleaning which would have been nice to have provided as it felt a waste to buy it all for a week.

Très belle maison avec de grands espaces. Très bon accueil avec un petit cadeau à l'arrivée très apprécié. Magnifique piscine. A 3 minutes des commerces en voiture. Voiture indispensable. Par contre l’environnement autour de la propriété n'est pas top et l'on entend bien le bruit de la route, très passante, lorsque l'on est à l'extérieur. Nous avons été réveillé également par les aboiements de chiens la nuit. Manque de quelques ustensiles de cuisine si l'on aime cuisiner.

Excelente propriedade, ideal para relaxar em familia e com crianças pequenas. Excelentes condições, bem cuidada, poderia ter algumas obras de manutenção mas nada que influencia negativamente a estadia. Único ponto realmente de melhoria é a falta de estores/portadas nos quartos para evitar a entrada de luz logo ao nascer do sol.

Ideal villa for a family holiday with close links to nearby shops and towns, but a hire car is essential. The pool and garden area catch the sun from early morning til late evening which is great for breakfast outdoors and BBQ.

Very beautiful property!

It’s look just like the pictures! Pool area is nice and big! The facilities provided came as a big help! Very good place to stay for a group/hen do holiday! Thank you very much to letting us stay at your property! We very much enjoyed our stay! Beautiful home!! Was difficult to tell taxi drivers where we was staying when we showed the address. Had to get it up on my phone for them instead Just a suggestion of maybe adding some more lights by the pool so able to be out in the evening/night without it been very dark. Twinkly lights would be a good touch!
