This fantastic villa is bright and spacious with four double bedrooms and a heated private salt water pool.

The villa is set in its own grounds with a private heated pool, off street parking, satellite tv, Wi-Fi, air conditioning throughout, table tennis and fully equipped in an excellent location close to the vibrant Vilamoura Marina.

The modern open plan kitchen and dining area is perfect for entertaining, and gives a great feeling of spaciousness. The breakfast bar seats 4 people and the large dining table seats 10. Doors lead onto the pool area and the ground floor terrace is perfect for lazy afternoon drinks, alfresco dining and BBQs.

The lounge area has an extremely comfortable L shaped sofa with wall mounted smart tv streaming English channels, sports and movies. The Wi-Fi is fiber optic and there are range extenders throughout the villa so coverage is not a problem. There is also a portable JBL speaker that can be connected to via Bluetooth.

On the ground floor you’ll find a bedroom with en-suite bathroom, this bedroom can be configured as two single beds or a king size bed. Upstairs there are a further 3 bedrooms, two of the bedrooms share a bathroom. One is a fixed king size bed, the other can be configured as two single beds or a king size bed. The fourth bedroom is a fixed king size bed with en-suite bathroom. All the bedrooms have air conditioning , hair dryers, bath and pool towels with sliding doors opening up onto terraces overlooking the garden and pool area.

Kick back, relax and soak up the sun on one of the luxurious sunbeds by the salt water pool, or escape to one of the many terraces in the villa, including a fab roof terrace which is a real sun trap. The outside areas have both natural shade and covered terraces.

A car is not essential as Vilamoura Marina and local amenities including supermarket, bank and pharmacy are only a 10 minute walk away. The nearest beach (Falesia) is approx 2km and the beach at Quarteira is the same distance.

In the surrounding area there are numerous sports and activities to enjoy, including 5 golf courses, mini golf, deep sea fishing, sailing, water sports, paddle boarding, all year round water park, tennis, lawn bowls, go-karting, football, horse riding, bike tours and a local leisure centre.
