Residence Riai, 4 person apartment on the 1st floor with swimming pool
The two to four-person apartments in U-shape are located in the front part of our Residence. The apartments are on the first floor and all have their own balcony.
The approximately 40m² apartments have a spacious living room with a sofa bed and a simple but fully equipped open kitchen corner. There is also a bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
There is a large swimming pool in the middle of the U-shape. It is sheltered in the basement, so that it invites you to a wonderful dive early in the year and can also be used well into the season.
Residence Riai includes various buildings. Privacy is guaranteed in all apartments and you will find ample comfort. Inside and outside are separated by a glass sliding door, so you can step onto the covered terrace or balcony.
The residence is open from the end of March to the end of October. The facilities (bar, reception, beauty and wellness center) are open from April to October. The indoor swimming pool is open from April to October. In the early and late season the apartments can also be rented per day / night (min. 3 nights). Also look at
