The apartment has been recently renovated and is located on a top floor of a large building in the center of the capital.

The apartment is 70m2 and is equipped with soundproof windows.The double bedroom has a comfortable double bed; as well as two large closets to store clothes. The living-dining room is a large open space with a sofa, flat screen TV, stereo, dining table and breakfast bar that communicates with the kitchen.

The kitchen has everything you need to store and prepare food (fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, capsule coffee machine, kettle, kettle, crockery, cutlery ...

Excellent

This flat has absolutely everything you need. Full kitchen cutlery, coffee machine, washer and cleaning products. The bathroom stands out as the newest part, newly refurbished and very clean. Very centrally located, within easy reach from the city centre.
