Superb seaside villa. Perfect for family holidays or friends. In the peace of a private impasse, it is close (350 m) of the watched beach of Boisvinet and 500m of the town center and its trade as well as the marina. . Composed of 3 bedrooms (140 beds) and a bathroom with Italian shower, it also offers a complete independent studio for 2 people, with its bathroom and its bed of 160 on the ground floor.
The kitchen is redone, is equipped (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer) giving su rune small veranda perfect for breakfast. A living room that opens onto a large veranda reception and a garage. A laundry room with washing machine. Outside: a pool of 9mx4m
unheated, secure with a shutter and its terrace, a table tennis and a barbecue. The land (800m2) is perfectly enclosed.
Its location brings a calm assured.
This villa is non-smoking and our friends the dogs are also not allowed.

I request a deposit of 1000 euros refundable within 15 days after departure.
