LIVING AREA: Inside, a large air-conditioned living room with two sofas, TV, dining table and chairs and a beautiful sea view. Kitchen complete with fridge, oven, gas hob, crockery and pots and pans, and convenient access to the back of the building, also furnished with a dining table and chairs.

ACCOMMODATION FOR THE NIGHT: 2 bedrooms (1st air-conditioned double bedroom with sea view, 2nd air-conditioned double bedroom), bathroom with shower cubicle and washing machine.

FURTHER FEATURES: Attico Lux offers an ALL INCLUSIVE service (bed linen, towels and utilities). It is located on the second floor. Mosquito nets. Outdoor shower located at the entrance of the structure shared with the structure on the first floor. The property is located in a private road with access to residents only. Private street parking.
The road leads directly to the free beach. Pets are not allowed. Wifi. Lidi Bacino Grande and Stella Maris adjacent.

The municipal tourist tax excluded (to be paid on site) is equal to €1 per day in the months of May, June and September; €1.50 per day in the months of July and August, per person up to a maximum of 7 nights.

A secret gem!

My family had a wonderful stay at this location. It is 30 meters from a beautiful beach. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the decor is very nice and new, the kitchen has all you need. The rooftop offers a breath taking view and is a nice place to relax and enjoy a Spritz!
