Casa Perla is immersed in the garden of a prestigious residence, located on the seafront. It consists of a large living room overlooking the balcony with a view of the Etna volcano, a cozy bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The well-equipped kitchen is ideal for your longer stays. The residence has parking. From the beach you can enjoy a panoramic view of the sea and on the other side a view of Mount Etna. The balcony is equipped with table, chairs and armchairs.

The house is immersed in the garden of a prestigious residence equipped with a common barbecue area, patio, solarium, and swimming pool (temporarily out of use). the area is very quiet, ideal for spending your summer holidays or not. In the area there are several commercial activities, bars, supermarkets, a famous fish restaurant "il pescatore", tobacconist, rentbike.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment, the covered parking area, and all the common areas of the residence.

The town boasts an excellent geographical position as it is located a few minutes from the beautiful Taormina, from the mouth of the Alcantare river, a wonderful oasis, from the lava cliff of the Acese, from Catania.

Appartement fonctionnel proche de la mer

Appartement apprécié pour sa fonctionnalité et son balcon. Les portes, fenêtres et volets nécessitent une révision. Quant à la résidence en l'absence d'un entretien suffisant elle est loin d'être prestigieuse. L'état général des rues, bords de routes et autres espaces environnants jonchés d'immondices ne donne pas une très bonne image d'une région qui avec la mer et l'Etna mérite mieux.

Hay que tener a mano el spray para los mosquitos. La luz de la cocina, sala, habitaciónes un foco de lo mas ddesagradab, ni Ikea hubiese echo tanto en tan poco espacio. Las paredes son de papel, menos mal que nuestros vecinos eran discretos. Que sera eso en tempora alta. Mamma mia!!!!
