Two-room apartment adjacent to the Church of San Martino, in the heart of Ortigia, completely renovated recovering the ancient stone arches, parquet, furnished with care. To access the apartment there is a flight of stairs. The apartment has a living room with sofa and dining table, kitchenette, bathroom with shower and whirlpool tub, bedroom with double bed. There are radiators, air conditioning and WI-FI. Full comfort - washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and electric kettle, fridge with freezer, hairdryer, TV, bed linen and towels, iron, essential for your breakfast. The apartment next door, SanMartinoOrtigia-Classic, can be rented simultaneously.
The union of the two apartments is ideal for families or small groups of friends up to a maximum of 7 beds. Your baby (0-3 years) will be welcomed with care. Please ask for the cot at the time of booking, there are no additional costs.
