In the heart of the picturesque village of Lavaggiorosso, just 3 km from Levanto (the door of Cinque Terre) and 4 minutes by train from Monterosso, you will find my house: a typical house in the most beautiful hamlet of Levanto, wit a touch bohemian and romantic.
Renovated in the village, the house has 2 floors, it is facing the sun, very bright, and has a living room with a sofa, a comfortable bathroom, a bedroom with a single bed. the top floor, with a terrace overlooking the hills, where you can relax, sunbathing or eat.
Air conditioning, free parking 100 m from the house and the bus stop if you don't want to drive.
You will find beautiful footpaths fork your trekking.
And, very important thing, in Lavaggiorosso you will find the Ustaia Zita, one of the best restaurant of the region!

You will pay cash 1 euro per person per day for the local tax.

Une petite maison nichée dans un village accroché à la montagne. Une vue superbe, un intérieur agréable et une chouette déco. Des sentiers de rando tous proches. On a adoré nos quelques jours passés là-haut. On y retournera certainement... Merci.

Keine gute Kommunikation, keine kundenfreundliche Behandlung

Wir haben die Wohnung nach einem ersten Eindruck noch am selben Abend per SMS bei der Vermieterin und bei homeaway storniert, später alles per Mail. Die Stornierung wurde nicht angenommen und weitere Entscheidungen der Vermieterin zugeschoben. Ansprechpartner bei homeaway werden nicht genannt, Kontaktadresse ist "noreply"! Wegen verzögernder und schlechter Kommunikation ist uns und letztlich auch der Vermieterin hoher finanzieller Schaden entstanden. Der "Parkplatz" ist weit entfernt, der ca. 200 m weite Anstieg zur Wohnung muss zu Fuß bewältigt werden und ist mit Gepäck beschwerlich. Erst nach Bezahlung erfährt man, dass es ein öffentlicher Parkplatz ist, der vor dem Ortseingang liegt und nicht in Wohnungsnähe. Nach dieser unerfreulichen Erfahrung buchen wir keine Wohnung mehr über homeaway, FeWo, Vrbo oder wie auch immer sich diese Organisation nennt.

Die Herren haben offensichtlich weder die Beschreibung der Anzeige noch die detaillierten Anweisungen, die ich ihnen für den Check-in geschickt habe, gelesen. Der Parkplatz ist verfügbar, öffentlich und kostenlos, da er in Ligurien nicht damit rechnen kann, ihn vor dem Haus zu haben, ist es bereits ein Glück, ihn in 200 Metern Entfernung zu haben. Wenn sie die genauen Stornierungsanweisungen befolgt hätten, anstatt mir eine SMS zu senden? Nachricht, ich hätte ihnen sofort helfen können. Ich habe ihnen eine Rückerstattung geschickt, obwohl ich nicht gehalten wurde und trotzdem eine negative Bewertung gesendet haben. Es tut mir sehr leid, meiner Meinung nach erfordert das Reisen in Privathaushalten Bildung und Respekt.

Splendida esperienza in un luogo da sogno - Amazing experience in a magical spot

Abbiamo soggiornato solo per una settimana ma se dovessimo tornare non avremmo dubbi: sicuramente qui ed a Lavaggiorosso. La posizione è leggermente spostata rispetto a Levanto e Bonassola, ideale per chi vuole essere vicino a tutto ma immerso nel verde, nella tranquillità più totale e nella freschezza delle colline liguri. La cittadina è incantevole e l'appartamento super pulito, pratico, dotato di due climatizzatori, cucina pratica unità di tutto ciò che serve, terrazza con vista strepitosa. La comunicazione con la proprietà veloce e ottima, super consigliato a famiglie e ragazzi giovani (ci sono un pò di scale e salite per salire, ma questa è la caratteristica comune di ogni paese sulle colline della Liguria). We have been there only for a week, but it has been an amazing 6 days of vacation. The apartment is in a magnificent location, next to Levanto and the beautiful Bonassola (which I recommend) but in the quiet of the typical hills of Liguria. The view from the terrace is breath taking. The house is very clean, with a nice kitchen, bathroom with plenty of space, and two air conditioned (not really necessary due to the perfect weather on the hills). Definitely a must try. Recommended to everybody who wish to try a magnificent experience, only people with problems with stairs keep in mind that Lavaggiorosso, like all the others little villages in the area, has many climbs and steps. Absolutely recommended.

Ruhig und schön

Wir hatten einen schönen Familienurlaub dort, unsere Kinder (knapp zwei und knapp fünf Jahre) hatten grosse Freude. Das Haus ist sehr idyllisch und ruhig, die Lage grossartig (zum Strand etwa 5-10 Min). Übergabe und Betreuung der Wohnen super. Gerne wieder!

la qualité de l'hébergement est moyenne

la maison manque d'entretien, niveau de propreté, les volets ne se ferment pas bien, mauvaise isolation, des rideaux qui font office de porte sales. comme il a plu toute la semaine, il ne faisait pas chaud, seulement un petit chauffage d'appoint à déplacer dans chaque pièce. manque d'information sur ou mettre les poubelles du coup nous avons tout laissé dans la maison (l'information seulement sur le tri, sauf le verre ?) pas d'information sur les visites hormis un guide sur levanto,date des marchés, horaire des bus ? quelques prospectus sur les visites alentours, tout cela ne coûte pas cher mais est conviviale. on a pas l'impression d'être accueillie en arrivant dans cette location, dommage car le cadre est sympa.

This place was not good it was GREAT!

Even though we only had two nights at this cottage (which was definitely not enough) we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely quirky cottage. We loved the village, sitting out on the balcony looking down the valley and it is a must to try the restaurant Zita which was fabulous. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. Will be back whenever we are back in the area.

Wir haben die Zeit in Lavaggiorosso sehr genossen. Das Haus ist klasse (süß, sauber, alles da), bei Fragen wurden wir bestens betreut, alles hat perfekt gepasst! Das Restaurant Zita grad ums Eck ist eine Empfehlung, ein Sundowner bei Punta della Madonna wirklich nett und Wanderfreunde dürften von den Touren Bonassola - Framura, Levanto - Monterosso al Mare sowie von dort nach Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola... begeistert sein.

tolle Ferienwohnung für Ruhebedürftige

toll gelegene, ruhige Ferienwohnung, geschmackvoll und reduziert eingerichtet, die Dachterrasse ein Juwel, 5 Autominuten zum Meer und nach Levanto, einem authentischen und selbst im Juli nicht überlaufenen Badeort. Volle Empfehlung! Einzige Zitronen: nicht alle Matratzen sind gut und die Küchenausstattung ist etwas spärlich.

Super vacances dans une jolie maison perchée au coeur d'un magnifique village Italien!!!!

Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique au portes des 5 terres. Cette maison est un havre de paix, les couleurs sont plaisantes, nos enfants s'y sont de suite senti à l'aise quelque soit les âges. La terrasse offre une vue imprenable. Le village est superbe et l'ambiance y est calme et familliale. Le resto "Chez Zita" à été un pur délice à un prix plus que raisonnable!! Nous avons découverts la magie des Lucioles dans la forêt chaque soir avant d'aller nous coucher.... Notre seul regret est que 4 jours c'est trop court pour profiter de toutes les belles choses qu'offre cette région d'Itale. Alors surement à l'année prochaine!
