About Justi Miller and Barb Smith
We purchased this home In December 2015 and couldn't be more thrilled. It is within a fantastic community of golfers, tennis players, pickleball players, hikers and bikers (mountain, road, casual) and birders. Although we aren't at retirement age yet, a number of our friends live in Rio Verde and we fell in love with the active community, the access to amazing recreational facilities and how it is nestled between the regional (McDowell) and national (Tonto) parks. We've been fortunate to meet the neighbors and couldn't be more excited. We think you will love it here and have worked hard to make it as comfortable as possible for you to enjoy your vacation or seasonal visit.

Why Justi Miller and Barb Smith chose Rio Verde
You will be staying in a Spanish style gorgeous home in a very quiet enclave surrounded by the beauty of the Arizona dessert and mountain views, but also a very short walk (400 yards) to the 36 hole Rio Verde golf course. The entrance to the hiking and mountain biking trails of McDowell Regional Park is a half mile away.
What makes this Townhouse unique
From the Spanish arched entry to the home, the in-laid tile floor, the views to the desert garden in the back of the home, the mountain views to the front as the sun rises, the privacy and quiet of the three porches, to the beautifully remodeled kitchen and baths, this is a very comfortable home to live in. Whether you enjoy bird watching out the back window, hiking/biking through McDowell regional park, playing pickleball or tennis with the local residents, golf with your friends, sitting by the pool, shopping in Scottsdale, or a quick trip up to Sedona, this is the perfect place for you.
