Beautiful cozy with rustic design throughout the entire cabin. Designer decorated 3 bedroom and 3.5 bath brand new Custom Log Cabin. This is the perfect getaway for your family and friends. Gorgeous farmers porch to watch the beautiful sunset or sunrise. Listen to the loons from the beautiful porch. Wireless internet throughout the entire house. Surround sound, Open concept with all smart TV's in all bedrooms, living room and Loft. Brand new furnishings throughout to make your stay even more enjoyable. Beautiful lake views from many rooms. Private beach with 6 boat slips. Bring your own boat or rent one! Outdoor bathhouse with outdoor shower and bathroom, so the kids don't bring the sand inside! Huge outdoor kitchen sundeck with grill and picnic tables. 250' of private sandy beach shoreline just steps from your porch. Private beach is specifically for this cabin only. Free canoes, row boats and kayaks. Paddle boards to rent. We include all life jackets, oars and paddles. All boats are available from Mid May to Mid October. Custom fire pit for those moonlit evenings of s'mores! This log cabin is literally ON THE BEACH! Sit in the master bedroom having your morning coffee and gaze right outside to the beautiful lake while listening to the loons. When inquiring about the stay two days, get one free it is subject to availability and must be inquired before making your reservation and some restrictions apply. The cabin is located in the beautiful Lakes Region of NH on Lake Winnisquam which is the third largest lake in NH. We are 15 minutes to Gunstock ski and Rec area and 40 minutes to Loon Mountain Ski area and MT Washington Valley.
Don’t forget Fido! We are pet friendly and we have several hiking and walking trails very close and perfect for the 4 legged friend you just can’t leave behind.
We allow one well behaved pre-approved dog which must be Lee-approved. Our newest log cabin on the lake is next door to this cabin. Beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath state of the art and drop dead gorgeous! This cabin is perfect for the grandparents, friends and relatives so you can have the whole gang together! Call for pricing.
We are pet friendly and we allow ONE well behaved, preapproved dog for a $250 fee. Please feel free to contact me with any questions whatsoever at 603-455-4074 You will have to fill out a questionnaire to pre-approve your pup and we do not allow Preapprovals on the same day of arrival you must let us know in advance of your stay. The most wonderful hosts! They thought of so many thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special, things like dog treats and flower arrangements. The place was exactly as described and very clean. We stayed with two little ones, and the amount of child-friendly items (stools, kids’ bowls, a bottle cleaner, a stair gate, and more) was truly amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon!

The lake view was beautiful. It was amazing to see the fog rise from the lake one day.. The hosts were quick to answer any questions and provided suggestions for places to go and resturants. We had such a wonderful experience renting from Sharon, from the initial booking all the way through to our departure. The cabin was immaculate, had beautiful views, fresh flowers throughout, and every amenity we needed. Our 6 & 8 year old enjoyed the books/games offered in the loft area, fishing on the pier, and playing on the swingset. We enjoyed visiting Mount Washington, the Squam Lakes Natural Science Center, FunSpot, Kellerhaus, the Outlet's, and the Tilt'n Diner- which were all within driving distance, during our stay.

Why they chose this property

This Cozy home is centrally located to all of New Hampshires greatest assets including beaches, shopping, skiing and most important ...use of our beautiful private beach! We offer free canoes, row boats and life jackets and rentals for two paddle boards (please call for information on paddle board rentals), we also offer chaise lounges and lawn chairs at the beach including a gas grill on the beautiful farmers porch and a charcoal grill on the sun deck. The 250' of sandy shoreline offers plenty of shade or sunshine.
