The villa was a great size for the 5 of us. My eldest son and his girlfriend stayed in the basement, which they loved having their own spacespace

Very well equipped and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

Had a wonderful 3 weeks here and found the villa very comfortable. The pool was great and very welcome as the weather was sooooo hot!!!!!! Location was great and everything within a short drive. Great balcony with beautiful views. Overall an excellent experience. Gary & Lou very helpfull and we we knew if we needed to call on them it wouldn’t be a problem. Would definitely recommend this villa and we hope to return again.

We had a lovely week at this villa; Karen is really helpful and always responded to messages before and during our stay very quickly. The veranda is a lovely place to sit of an evening and the view is stunning.The kitchen has everything you need for your stay, especially if you plan on cooking yourself.We didn’t hire a car and was able to reach the local supermarket ( up the hill) within 10 minutes. If walking there in the summer go after 18:00 as it is more bearable.Would definitely stay here again. Thank you

Heel fijn, het huis was goed onderhouden en zeer schoon. Halverwege ons verblijf kwam iemand opnieuw schoonmaken en schoon linnengoed brengen. De bedden werden ook door haar opgemaakt, net als in een hotel. Schoon zwembad. Enige nadeel: geen airco in de woonkamer en op de airco's in de slaapkamers zaten timers. Tijdens ons verblijf was het erg warm op Cyprus; het is dan niet heel fijn als je twee keer per nacht zwetend wakker wordt om opnieuw de airco aan te moeten zetten.

Great location, great villa

Everything you could need for a comfy relaxing holiday. Well positioned, quiet area, perfectly laid out and very clean and comfortable. Ideal for a couple or family. You really need a car, which we always hire. At last - a villa with comfy pillows, nice crockery and cutlery - and plenty of it. Would definitely book again if allowed.

Fab Villa

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. Very quiet but with a car it's a short trip to restaurants, supermarket, shops etc. Close to Coral Bay and Paphos is only a short trip too. Villa has everything you could need. It is immaculately clean and well maintained including the pool. Very appreciated Welcome Pack since our arrival was in the early hours. Only down side for me was the lack of air conditioning in the living area.

Beautiful, well equipped villa, pool and area

We had a lovely stay. The villa had everything we needed including a surprising number of inflatables and toys for the pool which the kids loved discovering on the first day. Spacious, clean, well equipped rooms and bathrooms. Lovely big balcony with fabulous views of the mountains and sea. Air conditioning in the bedrooms was very much welcomed. Lovely size pool which was in the sun all day until around 5pm (we stayed 4-14 Aug). Very quiet area. Our neighbours on one side were there but we hardly heard or saw them. Very private and not overlooked at all. Would definitely consider returning in the future. Karen, the owner, was excellent at communicating promptly and helpfully before we arrived as were the couple who manage the property in Cyprus, Gary and Louise.

Relax and enjoy

First impressions count for a lot and as soon as we walked in the front door we knew we were going to enjoy our stay. The villa was every bit as good as the pictures and description, if not even better. Although the interior was very nicely furnished and comfortable we spent most of our time at the villa on the superb, large, well furnished balcony with it's lovely views.The location is ideal for both relaxing and as a base for exploring the Paphos region. The patio area at the rear is a sun trap so a cool down in the pool was a welcome relief. The owner, Karen, was very quick to respond to our questions/requests and made the whole booking process very easy. Jan & Brian

Just returned from this beautiful and spacious villa. We had a great two weeks at the villa we rented the whole villa the first week there was for adults and the villa was so spacious on there Second week my daughter and her husband came out to Join us . There use the one bedroom apartment downstairs it was great. The Balcony around Villa had such wonderful views it was lovely sitting out in the afternoon or evening. And the villa was so will situated it was easy to get to where you want to be.Gary & Lou very helpfull and we knew if we needed to call on them it wouldn’t be a problem. We would definitely come back again

Lovely, comfortable, clean villa with a great pool.

Just returned from a lovely break and had a wonderful time. The villa was clean and comfortable with everything we needed for a great holiday. The directions to the villa were accurate, which was great since we got in at 3.30am. The bedrooms had plenty of space and were airconditioned which really was good at night time. It was nice to sit on the balcony at night and listen to the peace and quiet and look at the lights along the coastline. Wifi was great for the kids (and us). Couldn't quite figure out the TV but we didn't want to watch it anyway. Shops and bars are within walking distance in Peyia or there are some lovely ones along the coast. We especially enjoyed the Sea Caves taverna where you could watch the sunset whilst eating dinner. I would also recommend taking a Segway tour around Paphos. You see some of the history and it is quite fun. Would love to have made it to the waterfall at Mount Olympus but never expected hailstones and torrential rain for an hour just as we arrived. Lara beach (turtle beach) was great for the kids and swimming as it is mostly sandy, although a little bumpy to get to. Lovely Spacious Villa, Great Setting

The Villa is lovely and has everything you could need for a great stay. Really easy to find in the village of Peyia (Karen's directions were excellent). Car hire is recommended although there are plenty of places to eat, bakery, bars and a supermarket all within walking distance. Coral Bay is less than 10 minutes drive away. The pool is bigger than one's at previous Villas I have stayed in and well maintained. The Villa is very spacious inside giving a family of four plenty of room. The outside space is great, the pool area is massive and is a real suntrap. Eating on the balcony and softer seating area too. Everything was to hand - the pool towels and the welcome pack were a real bonus (again something that we haven't had previously)-thank you! Wifi was great for the kids. The manager, Gary, was very informative and gave us some recommendations for places to eat as well as keeping the pool clean for us. I would also like to thank the owner, Karen, who was extremely helpful throughout the booking process and beyond. We would not hesitate to consider booking this villa again- very happy all round :)

holiday in a modern villa with great views

Our first visit to Cyprus what a lovely place. Our villa was wonderful it was extremly clean, well laid out there was plenty of space for the 4 of us, The wifi was a bonus as I took 2 teenage girls, and everything we needed for a self catering holiday, it was in a quiet area but very close to beach, shops and restaurants. The private pool is bigger than an average villa pool. Coral Bay beach is a must for a relaxing day out and Adventure Cove Mini Golf in Paphos is not to be missed. Latchi is about 30 minutes drive away but is worth a visit just to go out on the glass bottom boat trip.The owner Karen was so helpful from our first enquiry to completion of booking, She organised car hire for us wich was a great help. John meet us at the airport with our car and we followed him to villa. I would recommend this villa to anyone who is looking for a relaxing holiday.

Perfect Relaxation in Beautiful Villa

We had one week to enjoy this beautiful home from home in Peyia. The location was perfect for us. Just a short walk to village but also a 5 minute drive to Coral Bay and 15 mins to Kato Pafos. We also visited Latchi where we took a glass bottom boat trip to the beautiful Blue Lagoon. Tony & Ann-Marie met us on arrival at the villa and were extremely helpful. The villa is immaculate with a great pool and stunning views of the coast. We enjoyed a few evenings sitting on the terrace admiring this view whilst cooking on the bbq. As a family of four with two teenage girls we all agreed we could happily return one day for longer. Thank you Karen who was also very helpful at arranging our stay at short notice and quick to return our deposit.

Lovely Villa

This was our third visit to the Paphos area - first time to Peyia .The villa is in a lovely area , well maintained and very well equipped. There were three of us in our party (including a teen so the Wi-Fi was very welcome). We had plenty of room with the bonus of a well maintained pool with towels provided! There was a very friendly couple who were the local contact , they visited on the first day to check we had everything we needed and came to clean mid holiday (two week stay). We walked to the village on numerous occasions (10 - 15mins) Savas Grill is a must , very friendly staff and great food. Drove down into Coral Bay area (10mins) .There is a varied choice of restaurants , particularly Trattoria Le Vigna (Italian) and a good supermarket. We had a great holiday and would definitely return.

I own this villa jointly with my sister Julia. It originally belonged to our parents June and Donald hence the name Villa Ioynios which means June.

Why they chose this property

Originally architect designed and built by our parents, this has been our family home in the sun since 1991. It was our parents dream to own a holiday villa in Cyprus for many years, our father was on the island in 1960 completing his National Service. in the late 1980's they purchased the plot of land and the villa was completed in 1991. At that time it was the last one along a dirt track in the area of Disatsia.

There would be another bedroom below that you can use for free.

What makes this property unique

We have all enjoyed many holidays at our second home. My son Simon, now 25, has grown up with the villa. We have now decided to share what we consider to be an excellent holiday retreat with others. We hope you may derive similar pleasure from a relaxing holiday in our home. The location is ideal being within walking distance of many tavernas and village amenities and a short drive from the beach at Coral Bay or the many attractions of Paphos.
