A most beautiful Villa in a gorgeous area of Kefalonia - peaceful and calm. Everything was perfect. Gregory is easy to contact and very responsive. Natalie is lovely and her husband who take care of the villa and pool. We had the most relaxing of holidays. We would definitely like to return.

Greg was easy to get hold of and thoughtful with his preparation of the house. The house was beautiful and, if anything, better than the pictures. The views from the house were stunning. Nataly couldn't do enough during our stay and was on hand throughout, with some great recommendations of places to visit and eat.It was easy to get to Fiskardo and other surrounding areas.

Amazing view. Quiet location

Fabulous, relaxing stay in Evreti, just 5 km from Fiscardo. The villa was everything we wanted. Lovely swimming pool and amazing views.

Relaxing, beautiful stay

My family had a wonderful stay at this villa and found it very hard to leave! The view is absolutely beautiful and the pool is brilliant, especially for kids. Communication with the host was easy and Natalie across the road (who looks after the villa) was lovely, thoughtful (bringing toys for my boys), and extremely helpful The villa is well equipped and the location is perfect for exploring the northern side of the island. Enjoy!

Amazing view, very quiet location

Lovely villa in a quiet neighbourhood. The view is amazing and lovely location. The shutters, air con and comfy bed make sleeping easy. The villa has everything you need. Natalie and her husband were on hand for frequent linen changes and sorting any problems. Highly recommend!

Magical villa with amazing views

My family and I could not have been happier with our stay in the villa at Evretti…. You’ll be in for no nasty surprises, only pleasant ones ! The view is stunning and the house is perfect to accommodate a family of four…. Greg and Nathalie could not have been better when it came to communicating and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable…

Fabulous villa with stunning view. Well equipped and comfortable. Need a car as isolated with no shops near. Bit tricky to find so definitely do it in the daylight. Nataly ehomlooks after the property was very helpful and responded quickly to any queries.

Fabulous view

Really lovely villa in a perfect setting. Everything exactly as described and it was extremely comfortable. Been to Fiskardo 5x now and this villa definitely had the best view. Very peaceful location only 10 minutes from Fiskardo. Highly recommend early morning dip on Foki beach. On site support from Nataly excellent. She was so helpful and friendly. Villa was very clean and comfortable with excellent A/C in bedrooms. Will happily stay there again.

Amazing holiday

A beautiful villa with amazing views. Gregory was an excellent host, responding to our few queries very quickly. His cousin Natalie, who lives opposite, comes in to change bedding and towels and her husband cleans the pool etc. Both couldn't be nicer, and gave us a number of beach/restaurant recommendations. You need a car. Outstanding holiday.

Peaceful

The property was the perfect size for the two of us, the pool was very private, altho very cold. Very comforable bed, beautiful views, very clean. The host kindly gave us a few supplies which was lovely. I think a welcome handbook may be beneficial for people who havent stayed before, maybe with suggestions of where is good to eat, anything they need to know about the villa. Communication with us was great. We will definitely be back next year

An amazing holiday in a beautiful part of Kefalonia

Villa Eirini is situated near the small hamlet of Evreti with the most amazing views across the Ionian Sea to the sister island of Ithaca from the breakfast terrace and both bedrooms. The villa was welcoming and beautifully clean with the nice touch of some useful provisions, plus a very nice bottle of white wine. Our host Greg always responded promptly to our queries and checked that we were enjoying our stay while we were there. Natalie Greg's cousin lives across the road from the villa and looks after the villa. She was a joy to know and was tremendously helpful with her local knowledge and friendly personality. We will definitely holiday in Villa Eirini again.

Very happy with my choice!

This is a beautiful property at a sensible price for this area. It is extremely comfortable which we appreciated as the weather was unseasonably disappointing. We had good communication with Greg the owner & Nataly his housekeeper. Any queries or minor problems were dealt with immediately. The area is very quiet with amazing views & I would have no hesitation in recommending this property - you would not be disappointed.

Beautiful peaceful stay

Owner and property manager with excellent communication skills from booking to finding the property. The photos don't do this place justice - it is stunning. Lying out on the veranda on the day bed reading a book, listening to the goat bells and watching the scenery change from hour to hour was so relaxing and did us so much good. Very well equipped kitchen and such comfortable beds - on-site parking and only 10 minutes from lovely Fiskardo. I was worried it would be too remote, but it really isn't - it's just a quick flip to Magganos or Fiskardo. Would stay again in a heartbeat. The only things I would suggest are: a chopping board, maybe think about handrails for inside and outside (there are quite a few steps down to the pool). But otherwise we had the most perfect stay with such kind people. Thank you to Greg and Nataly. Give lots of cuddles to the cats for us!

The house was just as described on Vrbo and was in a stunning situation in a pretty little hamlet. Fabulous views from the terraces. Good value for Kefalonia. The owner was extremely helpful and friendly, answering any questions we had before we arrived and also sent us detailed instructions for the 1.5hr journey from airport. Lovely touch of wine, fizz and some basic food left for our late arrival. The owners cousin Nataly is lovely and lives with her family opposite, and was around to answer any questions (and changed the linens and towels after 3 days) You will need a car to get around. Lovely beaches in the area and villages to explore. Recommend eating at Taverna Foki -5 min drive- and the little tavernas in Maganos were great! The Stone House the other side of Fiscardo served delicious food at very reasonable prices. The Greek house white was excellent wherever we ate and only €9-11 for 1L. Fiscardo itself more expensive generally but not crazily priced. Thoroughly enjoyed our week. We will return one day!

Alles perfekt!

Wir hatten super zwei Wochen im Haus von Gregory. Das Haus war sauber und gut ausgestattet mit allem was man brauchte. Der Ausblick ist einfach super und die Kinder liebten den Pool. Die Lage ist ruhig und perfekt für erholsame Ferien. Nathalie & ihr Mann stehen bei Bedarf immer zur Verfügung. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer verlief schnell und unkompliziert. Vielen lieben Dank!

Very chilled after stay.....

We stayed mid-October which had both pros and cons. The pros: 1. Hardly any traffic which helps give the sometimes narrow, steep and winding roads 2. Nice and quiet (the only sound from our villa balcony was the goat bells) 3. No queues or slow service at restaurants and bars, or problems getting the best tables 4. The weather is still very warm (average 22 degrees_ and only lost 2 half days to rain 5. The sunsets and night skies are still beautiful 6. Car hire is cheap as the hire companies have so much unused inventory (we paid £50 for 7 days hire) The cons: 1. Restaurants are all closing down for the season (eat in one today and it is closed tomorrow) 2. Whilst the weather was very warm, the pool was absolutely ice cold, so we didn't use it 3. The wasps are still around when you eat outdoors !! 4. As tourism has died down, there are no bars screening the English footy ! The comms with the villa owner (Greg) was great with him checking on us a few times via whatsapp. Nathalie (across the road) was most helpful with anything we needed including the arrival pack of milk, water, orange juice, bread, butter and honey. The villa was clean, functional and the views of Ithika were breathtaking. Try and shop at the Discount Supermarket as you drive in on the main road as they have a good selection and good prices. The route from Manganos to the villa can be tricky and it's easy to get lost, but once you have navigated once and got the hang of it (particularly the final hairpin bend on a steep hill), it's fine. One of the beauties of the property is it's setting in Evereti. Also, if you stay, the two best places for sunset dining are Taverna Veggera for great value Greek food or Alati down on the foot of the coast for finer dining, cocktails (it actually felt like a Caribbean restaurant !).
