A modern luxury appointed 2,066-square-foot home that sleeps four allowing you to comfortably engage the urban excitement Asheville offers from the spacious interior contemporary styled space or from the beauty of a private exterior garden surrounded on three sides by glass doors.

Located in Asheville’s vibrant town center at 59 Broadway, The Sinclair allows convenient access to the many points of interest and entertainment venues for which Asheville is known. Your residence provides the comfort and style you would expect at an exclusive high-end resort. For added convenience and safety, private parking in the building is available. The elevator is reserved only for guests of Residence 301 and services both the garage and the unit. The building's main entrance accesses 301 by stairs only.

The residence is furnished in a contemporary style with a kitchen and baths fully equipped for your personal and entertainment needs.

Enjoy a fully equipped entertainment center including high-speed Wi-Fi internet, a smart 48″ HD LCD TV in the living area and both bedrooms, and a Bluetooth and hard sourced sound system zoned separately for the bedrooms and living area.

Feel secure with audio and keyless controlled street access, private basement parking, keyless residence access via elevator or residence entrance, and access point security cameras. The residence has zoned heating and cooling to assure your comfort while entertaining, relaxing or at rest.

The opening to the entrance of the garage is 10 feet 8 inches wide and 8 feet 5 inches high. The clearance inside the garage for vehicles to enter and exit allow for vehicles that are :
-Less than 7 feet wide – from driver side rearview mirror to passenger side rearview mirror.
-Less than 15 feet long from front of vehicle including accessory attachments to back of vehicle including bike racks etc.
-Less than 10 feet 8 inches from ground to top of car including any racks and luggage carriers.

Labor Day Getaway

The family and I can always count on The Sinclair and Asheville to be exactly what we need. Central Location, Contemporary Condo with Secure Parking

This was hands down, the best stay I have had in a VRBO. Communication with Peter was efficient and extremely helpful. The Condo was exactly as described and extremely clean. Everything was extremely well thought out from the layout and design of the condo to the instructions with pictures. When we plan our next trip to Asheville, this will be where we stay.

Wonderful Property

We live outside Asheville , less than an hour away, and this was our third time staying in this apartment. It’s gorgeous, modern, clean, has excellent linens and bedding, and is close to many great restaurants and shops. It’s so quiet as well despite its location; we were never bothered by street noise. The owner was quick and friendly to respond to any questions we had. This is such a gem in the heart of Asheville and we will most definitely return.

Amazing property in the heart of it all

Such a unique property with every amenity you could want. So great having a private garage for parking but adding your own private elevator directly to the unit takes the cake! Super modern, steps away from everything downtown. We walked everyday to shopping, art galleries and restaurants. Peter, the owner is super responsive and thoughtful. We hope to return soon!!

An Urban Oasis ...

What an incredible apartment, right in the middle of all the good stuff that Asheville's downtown has to offer: restaurants, galleries, bookstores, coffee shops, bars and craft brew hangouts ... If you're looking at traveling to Asheville, you already know that the city has much to offer, but staying at The Sinclair took the trip to a whole new level. Impeccably designed, perfectly located, comfortable and convenient, appointed with all the best furnishings and amenities: the owners have left nothing to chance and obviously care deeply about their unit and their guests' experiences. We'll plan to return, so book now before you have to fight us for the rights to stay here next season! :-)

We loved this property!

This is an amazing spot in the heart of Asheville, within easy walking distance to museums, restaurants and shopping (East Fork Pottery is right around the corner!) Our host Mike was responsive at every turn - even arranging for an electrician to come when the power went out in the building late in the evening while we were there. Power was back on within an hour! Clean, modern and stylish, this is probably the nicest VRBO we've ever stayed at. Would absolutely recommend!

Weekend in Asheville

We've stayed at this property many times and it never disappoints. Clean, quiet and within walking distance to lots of great restaurants and shops. We also love using the built-in bluetooth sound system to listen to music, such a nice feature. The owner, Mike, is quick to reply to any questions, and he provided us with very clear check-in and parking directions before our arrival, which was very much appreciated.

I grew up all over NC, and currently live in Charlotte, but spent a lot of time in Asheville growing up. I have always loved the how vibrant and unique the city is and was thrilled to have an opportunity to be part of the culture. I spend most of my time being a dad and husband but when I find free time love to duff it around on the golf course, or try to create something new with my hands.

Why they chose this property

Built in 1924, 59 Broadway came on the market in 2013 and was unusual in that it had only served as warehouse space with consequently very little infrastructure, thus providing a clean canvas for my modernist vision. Having sat empty for a decade, it was in remarkably great shape. But most importantly, it had SOUL.

After a year of planning, a project incorporating the interplay of natural, urban, and personal environments with attention to space, lighting, quality, and simplicity was begun. Twelve-foot ceilings, original hardwood flooring, simple layout, and uncluttered space help imbue the feeling of warmth and calm that initially drew me in. Unlike any other historic building downtown, it’s newly engineered windows all along the northern wall provide an abundance of natural light further enhancing the unique ambiance.

What makes this property unique

I am lucky enough to continue offering this property that my father, and his wife Constance, along with the seasoned guidance of an interior designer designed and brought to life. Furnishings were hand picked and chosen to make each unit feel like a home, including art and ceramics made by local artists who are also friends. I have always loved the bird’s eye view of the city’s comings and goings while perched on the full length window seats. Mesmerizing.

I hope you agree that the integrated sound system rocks and that the splurge mattresses feel heavenly after a day of exploring all that this vibrant city and surroundings has to offer.
