Your residence provides the comfort and style you would expect at an exclusive high-end resort. For added convenience and safety, private parking in the building is available. The elevator is reserved only for guests of Residence 301 and services both the garage and the unit. The building's main entrance accesses 301 by stairs only.

I rented this for a branding photoshoot and Mike was super communicative and helpful at answering my questions. The interior was stunning and everything was just as we had hoped for an important photoshoot. It was so lovely to be able to step out on the patio for some shots outside too. Highly recommend.
Everything about our stay was great. Mike was super helpful with full instructions at every turn. We would love to stay here again next time we are in Asheville

Beautiful surroundings and close to everything!

We've stayed at this property many times and it never disappoints. Clean, quiet and within walking distance to lots of great restaurants and shops. We also love using the built-in bluetooth sound system to listen to music, such a nice feature. The owner, Mike, is quick to reply to any questions, and he provided us with very clear check-in and parking directions before our arrival, which was very much appreciated.

This is an amazing spot in the heart of Asheville, within easy walking distance to museums, restaurants and shopping (East Fork Pottery is right around the corner!) Our host Mike was responsive at every turn - even arranging for an electrician to come when the power went out in the building late in the evening while we were there. Power was back on within an hour! Clean, modern and stylish, this is probably the nicest VRBO we've ever stayed at. Would absolutely recommend!

Great apartment - great location.

One of the biggest benefits of The Sinclair is its location. Thanks for your mention of the ease in which to access the City's Center, Pack Square, Pritchard Park, Grove Arcade, Lexington Ave. shopping, Tops Shoes, The Lab Brewing Company and our favorite little wine bar 35 Walnut.

I grew up all over NC, and currently live in Charlotte, but spent a lot of time in Asheville growing up. I have always loved the how vibrant and unique the city is and was thrilled to have an opportunity to be part of the culture. I spend most of my time being a dad and husband but when I find free time love to duff it around on the golf course, or try to create something new with my hands.
Why they chose this property
Built in 1924, 59 Broadway came on the market in 2013 and was unusual in that it had only served as warehouse space with consequently very little infrastructure, thus providing a clean canvas for my modernist vision. Having sat empty for a decade, it was in remarkably great shape. But most importantly, it had SOUL.
After a year of planning, a project incorporating the interplay of natural, urban, and personal environments with attention to space, lighting, quality, and simplicity was begun. Twelve-foot ceilings, original hardwood flooring, simple layout, and uncluttered space help imbue the feeling of warmth and calm that initially drew me in. Unlike any other historic building downtown, it’s newly engineered windows all along the northern wall provide an abundance of natural light further enhancing the unique ambiance.
What makes this property unique
I am lucky enough to continue offering this property that my father, and his wife Constance, along with the seasoned guidance of an interior designer designed and brought to life. Furnishings were hand picked and chosen to make each unit feel like a home, including art and ceramics made by local artists who are also friends. I have always loved the bird’s eye view of the city’s comings and goings while perched on the full length window seats. Mesmerizing.
I hope you agree that the integrated sound system rocks and that the splurge mattresses feel heavenly after a day of exploring all that this vibrant city and surroundings has to offer.
