Everything was as advertised. Great location, easy parking, clean with amazing views.Only hiccup was that we were only able to access the 11th floor with one of the elevators. Front desk was not able fix the issue. Not a big deal once we figured it out.We would definitely return for a longer stay to enjoy the view.

This condo/penthouse is very nice and a comfortable place. We truly enjoyed the views . Unfortunately, there were several issues that did not reflect the price range for this rental. For example several drapes need to be repaired, due to broken drape clips causing them to fall off the rod. The rig needs to be cleaned or replaced due to many stain spots and it has gathered in the middle causing you to almost trip.The wood furniture needs to be refinished or replaced due to many visible watermarks, and the bed linen were of inexpensive synthetic quality. We were expecting a much more luxurious feel, but unfortunately this rental did not measure up to our expectations at this price range.

I’m giving a 5 star review because Brandon our host was so accommodating answered every question promptly and made checking in a breeze! The parking access was super easy to get in and out during our stay. The view was stunning, especially at night…The condo was clean in the bathtub was a highlight for me.If I was to say anything, I would change it would be better pillows and updated TVs in the bedroom

We were confused by the light switches, especially in the master bathroom. We just turned them all on, but that seemed like overkill. Also, the fireplace instructions weren’t very clear.

Just a short one night stay, but the view is tremendous. Walkable distance to tons of nice restaurants and cool bars, patios, etc. Check in and out was a breeze. Would stay again for the view alone.

The host was super responsive. Great location with amazing Mountain Views. The ability to walk downtown to restaurants, breweries and coffee without worrying about parking was key! Made our commute to Biltmore house and Sierra Nevada easy! The only negative if you even want to consider it that, was the fact there were no blankets, highly recommend bringing your own to sit by indoor fireplace on couch or even outside with a cup of coffee in the AM! 10/10 recommend, will definitely be back!
