Spacious villa in a great location

The size, layout, and location of this villa exactly suited our group of six older women. It readily accommodated our different interests - the sunbathers, shoppers and walkers. Communication with the host was excellent. We would definitely come back.

Great family holiday in fab location

This property was in the ideal location for our family holiday. The accommodation provided everything we needed. Lovely pool and beach both within easy access. Highly recommended would definitely return.

Great location. Very well equipped home. From age 5 to 68, we all had a great time. The children and adults loved the pool, our outdoor area was great and tge ambience of the hotel was calm and family orientated. We would definitely return

Villa is in fantastic location off Ave. Las Americas, direct access to seafront from rear of complex. Villa well equipped, only real negative; the WiFi is not very good (but it does work!).

Family summer holiday

The accommodation was totally as described. Perfect location with easy access to the pool. Villa was well equipped and had everything we needed. Handy supermarket on site with a good range of prtoducts. The pool bar was great too.

Compostela Beach Family Garden

We stayed in the property over the Christmas period. We have stayed in different accommodation on this resort for a number of years. The house was great as we could all stay together instead of 2 apartments. Lots of appliances and cutlery/ dishes in kitchen but we didn’t really use anything. House was as advertised. Property needs updating in parts bedrooms on 2nd floor and bathrooms on ground/1st floor. Only real issue was with the water pressure in showers. It is very bad and everyone complained. May need a pump to improve.

Perfect family holiday villa

Large villa, plenty of space for a family of 8. It was exceptionally clean and literally had everything in there that we needed. The pool area was brilliant for my 4 year old nephew and the villa itself had all he needed for fun in the pool. Communication with the owner was easy. Perfect location for everything. We will return for sure.

Happy to recommend

6 Adults in apt, plenty of room, pool side, good complex and great location. Only issue was poor WiFi, not a big deal but might be if you had children wanting online. We had a late departure flight and owner allowed us a late check out at no extra cost, which was great and much appreciated.

Location location location

Space in abundance with pool and patio overlooking it a big bonus. The location relative to everything was good with no need for taxis for anything . The area had lots to do and an endless choice of places to eat out. We found the villa clean and tidy with the large kitchen area being very well equipped. We enjoyed being able to nip to the shop on the complex and get warm fresh rolls for our breakfasts and lunches.

Excellent from start to finish

Everything about this villa was amazing, starting with communication, excellent. Check in, excellent. The villa was perfect for our family of 3 generations, we all had our own space, but I think we all enjoyed the terrace area the most, fantastic outdoor furniture, was perfect for relaxing in the day, and all sitting together in the evening. Everything and more we needed in the large kitchen space, beds comfortable, everything was clean. The complex was lovely especially the pool. And the location was perfect, a 2 minute walk to the beautiful beach, plenty of bars and restaurants a short walk away. Cannot wait to come back, thanks for an amazing family holiday.

Birthday celebration family get together

Mum, Dad and 3 adult daughters staying 1-8 Feb 23. HExcellent property in great location. It is a three storey villa with en- suite bedroom on top floor two twin bedrooms and a single bedroom sharing family bathroom on first floor plus a shower room on ground floor. Very well equipped kitchen and a patio garden overlooking the pools. A couple of plumbing problems which were sorted in double quick time. Would recommend and would stay again. Previous reviews are all accurate. This is one of 7 in the whole complex with its own garden meaning you can walk straight to the pool in 5 seconds. Sadly there is the 8am queuing for the sunbeds and this can wake you up as well as the cleaners but it's a small price to pay for being so close and most times you won't need a sunbed as you can chill in your own garden and still watch the kids. 3 mins walk to local supermarket (beware prices there will make your eyes water, even if from the UK) you may need to travel further to find cheaper prices. Beach amazing and also a 2 min walk so again no need to pay for sunbed unless you will be there all day) be careful for odd rocks near the rock bit go more on the middle as we all stunned our toes a few times. Local restaurant Friends is lovely just expect long waits in peak season. Overall great, 1 star knocked off as no air con which is fine however the 2 fans provided were extremely old and didn't work, maybe invest in 3 extra fans as the front room and spare room have no ceiling fans. Also iron could do with updating. Small gripes but could make this a 5 star stay. Would definitely come back and hope to !!

Absolutely perfect holiday

My work has taken us to many exotic places around the world but have found few that can give the relaxed atmosphere and all year round climate of Tenerife. We first came here with our parents. We then came on our own. Our children came with us now they come with their Friends!

Why they chose this property

We have holidayed in this fantastically located villa for over twenty years and could not miss the opportunity to purchase this superb property when it became available. A short fifteen minute taxi ride from Tenerife South airport finds you in the villa conveniently located on the `Golden Mile`. Two minutes to the lovely Las Vistas beach, two minutes to a host of restaurants from cheap and cheerful to trendsetting dining experiences and two minutes to some of the best shopping in Tenerife. The area around the complex has recently undergone a major street refurbishment making it one of the most stunning areas on the island.

What makes this property unique

The property gives larger family groups the benefit of so much space and fantastic facilities. no more fighting for the shower with a choice of three. No more making up the settee to sleep on with four bedrooms available. No trailing back and forwards to the pool area, just wander outside. Fed up with the pool or just need some space? then be on the beach in 90 seconds.
Need to shop, need to dine, need a taxi, need a supermarket. Need the beach, need the pool, need the hairdressers! everything really is `Just Outside`.
