- Apartment bordering Marais and Bastille, very trendy part of central Paris. Close to all.
- 2 min to metro and big super market
- Very clean, bright and quiet
- 1 queen size bed downstairs and 2nd queen size bed on the mezzanine( the mezzanine is not separated with walls= not suitable for 2 couples needing 'privacy')
- 2 flights up ( called 2nd floor in France, 3rd floor in USA) w/o lift
- 33 m2 +6 m2 mezzanine
- High speed Wifi, unlimited free international phone calls, PC,
- Well heated in winter (you can turn on the heater any time of the year).
- Good strong hot shower with bath tub
The apartment is 3 min walk to very trendy street, Rue de la Roquette, in Bastille where you find hundreds of nice cafes, bars, restaurants, etc. Close to all the touristic attractions.
he whole apt was renovated 2 years ago. 2 min to 2 subway stations and to supermarket. The apartment is in central Paris. (10 min walk to very center of Paris).
Also, 10 minutes walk to the biggest and most famous farmer's market in Paris:)
This is a big studio, so each sleeping areas are not seperated by walls. Ideal for 4 persons as there are 2 queen size beds.( Size of the apt is 33m2 + 6m2 mezzanine.) Can accommodate up to 5 or 6 if you wish to save money while staying in the central Paris!
There are 2 sleeping areas as bedrooms each with a queen size bed, one separated form living area by a thick curtain and other one on the mezzanine. A high ceiling, skylight, open beams and three south-facing windows offers a stylish look and spacious feeling.
Kitchen, bathroom with small bath tub, WIFI. Cable TV, DVD and CD player, desk with computer, and telephone.
Good clean bed linen and towels provided. A set of bath & wash towel per person.
**We are flexible with check-in and check-out times but before 8:00 am and after 20:00, there will be extra charges of 5 euro/ hour. Last check-in accepted 00:00.
**If you ara late more than1 hour to your check-in appointment, there will be 7euro late charge/hour

Why they chose this property
The greatest thing about this apartment that I love is the high ceiling and open beams, and lot of lights coming in from south-facing windows and skylight. You will see how nicely it is decorated. Also, Bastille is a very animated area with a lot to do and it is close to the Marais area which is a very trendy & chic area. Nevertheless, this apartment is very quiet.
What makes this property unique
Lot of natural light from sky light( window in the ceiling). Quiet.
