The interior of the villa has been redecorated and redesigned in 2022, now offering a more spacious open plan living area and brand new kitchen with central island and two fridge freezers. Accommodation is on two levels, large outside covered terrace, heated infinity pool with lovely view.The villa is south facing and the living area and kitchen have patio windows opening onto the outside terrace, perfect for indoor/outdoor living. The villa is air conditioned in all rooms, wifi ( fibre)…2 of the bedrooms and two bathrooms are on ground level and two further bedrooms and bathroom on first floor with access to a terrace . Enjoy a bbq at home or for a chilled evening out locally, the la Nartelle beach is within walking distance, offering somme of the best restaurants in Sainte Maxime , cocktail bars, live music and july/august open air jazz/ classical concerts

I am no newcomer to the rental business and have been working in the holiday rental market in the Saint Tropez area for the last 35 years. Whilst I respect my client's privacy during their stay, I can reassure them that I am only 10 minutes away and will be around to greet them, offer advice and help where required. I have used VRBO for a few years and have been delighted with the response and have met some lovely people.
Why they chose this property
The property was in desperate need of some TLC when I first saw it. I was looking for a light, spacious home close to the beach for myself and two teenage daughters. I wasn't afraid of work, it just had to have the wow factor. The moment I walked into the living room and saw the view it was 'sold'. A lot of paint a new kitchen and bathrooms and it has been transformed. It's a wonderful home for entertaining, my friends all love the shaded terrace, large enough to seat everyone for long lazy lunches and siestas....having lived in France so long we have picked up some of their habits . Our previous home was also in Sainte Maxime, I could never imagine living anywhere else but now we have moved to the La Nartelle area, this is definitely the best place to be.
What makes this property unique
If I had to say why I love this house it has to be the joy of drinking my morning coffee at 7 am looking out at an incredible red sky as the sun rises over the sea……and I think how lucky I am !
