We take great pride in maintaining a very clean and sanitized home. To the best of our ability, we are following the SAFEHOME Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professional (VRHP) and Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) Cleaning Guidelines.

Be Our Guest Vacation Villa. 3 King Bedrooms, 2 Queen bedrooms, a Triple Twin bedroom and a Media Room with pullout beds. 4 Bathrooms. Gel cushioned mattresses for a great night sleep after a busy day at the parks!! Only minutes from the Disney main gates (less than 5 miles).

Perfect layout to have quality together time and plenty of room to spread out when everyone needs their own space. Small neighborhood with playground in walking distance. We understand travelling can be nerve racking, safety is our priority and our security system will put you at ease.

Main LIVING AREA and DINING ROOM---Step into the World of Beauty and the Beast! French inspired décor with Beauty and the Beast art in the main living areas. Seating at the dining table for 11 with additional seating in the living room. High chair and toddler seats included.

FULLY STOCKED Kitchen---Granite counter tops and a gas stove! Kitchen includes in part: table setting for 16, with plastic settings for the kids, coffee maker, toaster, blender, crock pot, waffle maker, family size griddle, pots and pans, cookie sheets, cooking utensils, measuring cups - the works! Everything you need to cook a great family dinner or poolside barbecue!

CINDERELLA KING MASTER BEDROOM---(Sleeps 2) - Grand bed with flat screen TV. Master bathroom has a large shower, double sinks, a relaxing tub, and a door leading directly to the patio and pool. Pack N Play for the tiniest guests. Perfect to wind down after your little pirates and princesses fall into slumber!

INDIANA JONES KING MASTER BEDROOM---(Sleeps 2) - Experience adventure in the Indiana Jones inspired master bedroom! Flat screen TV, master bathroom has a shower/tub combo, and access to the patio pool area. Pack N Play for your littlest adventurer.

MOANA KING MASTER BEDROOM---(Sleeps 2) - What better way to live than take the beach home with you?! Gorgeous beach inspired decor; flat screen TV. Beach bathroom next door with shower/tub combo.

HARRY POTTER QUEEN BEDROOM--(Sleeps 2) - Harry Potter decor, flat screen TV, and Pirate bathroom next door with tub/shower combo.

MINNIE'S QUEEN BEDROOM--(Sleeps 2) - Minnie and her princess friends invite you to come and play with her! Closet is stocked with GORGEOUS princess dress ups in all sizes, Barbie's, and princess and Minnie toys. Your little princesses will never want to leave the house! Pirate bathroom adjacent to Minnie's room.

TOY STORY TWIN BEDROOM--(Sleeps 3) - Howdy Partner, welcome to Andy's room! Woody's bed has a pullout trundle so all your cowboys have a space to sleep. Play as if your toys have come to life in the truck bed! Truck has space to sleep/play in the cab, and make a fort down below. Truck bed has a steering wheel and doors and gate of the truck opens and closes. Closet full of Woody, Jessie, and Buzz dress ups and plenty of Toy Story toys. This one is fun for boys and girls alike!

STAR WARS MEDIA ROOM --(Sleeps 2) - Join the FORCE! Star wars sofa has a pullout bed that sleeps two and a pullout ottoman with a twin size mattress. 65 inch 4K TV, surround sound system, Darth Vader Play Station 4, video games, Disney+, and tons of movies! What is Star Wars without dress ups?! Cosplay dress ups in sizes infant to adult!!

POOL/SPA/PATIO---Heated pool and spa (INCLUDED AT NO EXTRA CHARGE), table seating for six outside on the patio, grill with propane included. All grill utensils available, and plastic table setting for outdoor meals in the fully stocked kitchen! Removable pool gate to keep your little ones safe from the pool when not in use. Storage outside has an assortment of pool noodles and fun toys. All outdoor accesses to the pool include J hooks so toddlers and little ones can't access the pool without an adult.

Baby Jogger City Mini Double stroller, Sit and Stand Double Stroller, and single strollers available for park use, along with 2 pack 'n plays for a good nights sleep for the parents!

UTILITY ROOM---Home has a large capacity (5.3 cubic ft) washing machine and matching dryer to keep up with all of the pool towels for your little Minions. Includes an iron, and ironing board.

Home is equipped with tankless water heater, so EVERYONE gets a hot shower!!

We loved our stay here! We LOVED the themed bedrooms. They also provide a lot of items at the house (strollers being some of that), so that is very appreciated. It’s also easy access to Disney and Universal! We would stay here again!

The house is very warming. It’s filled with every toy and costume you can think of. Every room is themed and fitting for a family vacation to Disney! The pool was very clean, the sauna warm for us. I had to make a call at 2 am and received a response within 10 minutes. I hope friends I know will book here because it’s the cutest house ever!

This place was pretty much perfect in every way! The decor was adorable, the kids loved all the toys, games and dress up. The kitchen was stocked with every possible tool/appliance needed, including kid dinnerware. The pool, hot tub and outdoor dining area were wonderful plus well kid proofed. The beds were extremely comfortable! The hosts were incredibly responsive to every question (even though we later realized most of the info was in the booklet provided.) The location was extremely convenient to all the Disney parks. This was probably my best VRBO experience ever, and will definitely come back if we return to Orlando.

We had a group of is that stayed, and we all fell in love with this house. We had debated on a couple different ones with fancy arcades, but I advocated for this one, thinking my grandkids and their friends would play a little more peacefully together without a pool table or arcade games. I'm so happy to say that i wasn't wrong. I knew there was going to be dress up clothes and toys and games, but I was still shocked at the sheer amount of them. The kids were in their glory playing, and it was so nice to have them off electronics for a while. This house is SO kid friendly. The moms were thrilled with all of the themed childrens dishes, cups, pool towels, etc. There were pool toys, swimmies, strollers, extra air mattresses, pillows, blankets, blow dryers, a clothing iron, and so so much more. It was great to know that we didnt have to pack much of anything besides our clothes and a few toiletries. We had no issues, and would definitely not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you so much for the great stay!!!

The BEST for a group!

We had the absolute best time staying here! The rooms were well themed and the kids were beside themselves at all of it. Big kids and littles alike will love it. The pool and hot tub were a plus, and the location was wonderful. We have stayed in ALOT of rental properties and this was the most well stocked of any home we have ever seen. They had everything! We would recommend it again and again.

This is ultimate Disney home! The amount of dedication and time that the hosts put into theming this home is evident from the second you walk in the door. This home added so much magic and fun to our children’s Disney trip. Beds were very comfortable and having a private pool and hot tub after a long day of walking the parks was an added perk. The amount of space in this home was more than we even thought through the listing. There was so much room to spread out and everyone got to pick their favorite rooms which they loved. This is a beautiful home for a family vacation. The property is in a perfect location for a visit to Disney World and also has easy access to Universal and Sea World. The rooms are decorated with themes from various movies such as Star Wars and Toy Story. The mechanics of the home work well. The kitchen has everything needed to cook for and feed a family. Kevin the owner was very responsive to any concerns that arose during our stay. We could not ask for anything more!

Ryan and Holly have thought of everything you would need for a comfortable stay down to laundry baskets which my family found impressive. The place is exactly as pictured, clean and large enough for a family of 14 to stay without being on top of each other. Highly recommended and hope to stay here in the future.

We had a wonderful stay! The pool was the perfect size and depth for our kids. The house was clean and the decor was fantastic. TONS of dress ups and toys. The parks weren’t too far and our kiddos enjoyed the days off at the rental almost as much as our theme park days!

Gem close to everything!

This house was perfect for hosting family from out of town. As a local resident and travel agent, I have seen and stayed all over the Orlando/Kissimmee area. We know the memories we make will last forever and we wanted to create a home base for our travels from Minnesota. Upon Kevin's return from his second deployment oversees with the MN Army National Guard, we bought our Disney Home. We hope that you will enjoy this magical place as much as we have. We knew we wanted a space that would be able to accommodate our family and friends alike. Our time in Minnesota is filled with school schedules and nurses schedule and drill weekend responsibilities. Our home in Florida is filled with joy and magic and warmth. We hope that you will find yourself surrounded by all of these things as well and

When we saw this property was available we knew it was the right one for us, it was love at first sight!

What makes this property unique

Don't be fooled by properties claiming to be only "15 min" away from Disney. That usually means it's 15 minutes with no traffic, 45 minutes with it. Our neighborhood is one of the closest neighborhoods to the Disney main gates.
