Dogs come first.
The whole property needed a good clean and the garden needed a thorough tidy up. Dirty oven trays, saucepans and grill pan. The bedroom carpets were covered in dog hairs. We did get in touch with Victoria and she came over and tried her best to pacify us. She gave us a refund of £75- 00,a small jar of homemade jam, a bunch of homegrown flowers and 2 bottles of wine.
The house hold waste bin was emptied on the Wednesday and I was horrified to see the the bottom of the bin had unwrapped dog faeces and piles of hair from dog grooming stuck to the bottom. We hoovered the whole place and all you could smell was stale wet dog. The hoover bag was full and no replacement was to be found plus one of the wheels had broken of. An experience not to be repeated. Mrs. Heather Ann Rose.
Wisteria has been a very good "Headquarter" for us to explore both the country and the coast of Norfolk - since then almost unknown to us. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to this expierience. Ulrike & Roland with Spike
We had a great 2 weeks at this property. We had everything we needed, the garden was fabulous and our dogs absolutely loved it, would visit again, although we could not walk from the property with the dogs because we felt with the road and bend it was not safe.

I am a Mother of three boys and a very busy farmer's wife, a qualified Latin teacher too, although I have no time for teaching now! I manage the letting of the properties myself and the cleaning and the washing and the lawn mowing and take great pride in the standards that I strive to. We get many repeat guests.
Why they chose this property
We bought Wisteria because it is set back from the road in 3/4 acre of secluded and sheltered garden and neighbours our farm.
What makes this property unique
The property is an ideal spot for exploring the North Norfolk coast without being part of the rat race on the coast road.
Wisteria has a beautiful, large garden which is completely enclosed and not overlooked.
