This modern duplex bungalow is situated in Playa de las Américas, Costa Adeje in the complex El Cortijo just 300m walking distance from the beach, shops, bars and restaurants, the complex is very central but very quiet and offers a swimming pool and free on-site parking.
The bungalow has all you need for a very comfortable holiday, an equipped kitchen, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, TV, free wifi, hair dryer, safe and air con. Bed linen and towels are also provided.
On the ground floor you have the kitchen, living room and front terrace (Sun all day), the upper floor has the bedroom and bathroom.

Fantastic apartment

This small gated complex is perfect for a relaxing sunshine break. The duplex accommodation had everything required for a perfect self catering holiday. The large swimming pool area is within a few metres from your door. Julia is also the perfect hostess, meeting us early & having the bungalow clean & available for our early arrival. We will definitely look to return here & recommend to family & friends.

Good location nicr and quiet with easy access to bars shops and restaurants. The only negative is that we could only have one key. This made it difficult as the complex is gated so we couldn't go out separately

Lägenheten hade för mycket möbler, det för trång i vardagsrummet. Hade inte porslin tillräckligt , inte allts stora tallrikar och bestick öjämn. På toalett rum det var för mycket personligt artiklar från gamla gäster.

Very central and quiet

We’ve been to these apartments numerous times, different ones each time and have not been disappointed with Julia’s apartment. We were in apt 18, Julia met us there, straight forward move in. Apt has everything you need to relax or use for self catering, full oven and hob, utensils etc. TV doesn’t have loads of English channels but your not there to sit and watch tv. Washing machine means you don’t need to take loads of clothes and can wash holiday clothes before going home! As it’s so central and bus station just across the road it’s easy to get about. Number 40 bus from airport to bus station is 3.70 euros each much cheaper than taxis. Love these apartments and will be going back.

Lovely place

We stayed in number 29 .it was a lovely place to stay .and there. Water machine so there no need to walk to the shop for water .the pool is lovely and clean .5 mins walk is a great bar the drop inn .and the bus st is just behind complex .there a local shop just down the road for your bits .in bungalow there everything you need .

Me, my husband and son loved this apartment

This apartment was perfect and met all our needs, was really central to all restaurant's and nightlife . location of the bungalow was very quiet and all of its residents were very helpful and pleasant. Swimming pool was great impressed by the size and depth added extras were the dish washer and washing machine. Julia the owner was very nice in nature and was just at the other end of the phone should you need her. Great holiday would highly recommend and wold definately book this apartment again.

Sehr gute Lage. Liebenswürdige und Freundliche Betreuung

Die Wohnung befand sich in direkte Nähe zu Strand und Geschäften aber auf der anderen Seite war es eine sehr ruhige Lage. Top Lage echt. Der Pool war immer sauber und gepflegt. Die Wohnung hat alles (Super moderner und großer Kühlschrank, Abzugshaube, Herd, Mikrowelle, Bügeleisen...) abgesehen von einer Kaffeemaschine. Das große Minus war die Sauberkeit. Das Badezimmer stank stark nach Schimmel. Die Dusche war verdreckt. Unter dem Badezimmerschrank wurde seit Monaten nicht sauber gemacht und wir hatten zwei Kakerlaken zu Besuch. Vielleicht sind Kakerlaken dort aus schwer zu vermeiden. Insgesamt jedoch ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Die Betreuung durch die Julia war super. Auch gute Tipps für Sportalternativen und sehr nett und zuverlässig. Wenn das Thema Sauberkeit und Schimmel angegangen wird ist es sehr zu empfehlen.

Very good

just come back from staying here was very good and clean, the women/owner that showed us in very nice and helpful. it has all you need will sleep 4 if 2 are children and they sleep down stairs on the sofas. It is 2 min walk away from Las Americas bus station. so very easy to get around, inc the airport. good location just up the road from Veronica's strip and yet no noise at all. we had a look in some others owned by another company and this was far better and cleaner. the out side is now being given a face lift. would book here again. Thanks for having us xxx
